Your Go-To Builder for everything from renovation to new build We have appointed Ashley for the build of our new family hom e in Waterfall Country Estate. Before appointing Ashley we have met with him and several other contractors. Starting from the first meeting, Ashley has been demonstrating his professionalism, knowledge and transparency with regards to his work, quote, pricing etc. Ashley was extremely well prepared and could engage on specific questions directly with us and could also put forward ideas, suggestions etc. all in line with our brief. This made us confident that he is the right man for the job. This positive engagement continued throughout our building and construction process which Ashley manages openly, transparently and with excellent cost control. Any items requiring changes are discussed and we received the advise and feedback we expect, which was always happening in a constructive and fair manner as well as with the requisite lead times which shows his forward planning. This in turn puts you never in a rush to make decisions. Ashley has been able to meet expectations and has delivered according to plan in a very professional, but personal manner with the right attention to detail. Delivery, expert advise, transparency, cost control and an absolute level of integrity do not let us hesitate to recommend Ashley as a contractor of choice for any building or renovation needs. He and his team realised our new home from start to finish.

Ashley and his Jukka Team have transformed our home. In March/April 2021, we began with renovations to our main bathroom, after which we soon realized we needed Ashley and his business for further renovations to our entire house! In addition to his incredible professionalism, reliability, outstanding work ethic, his team is pure delight. Since then, even during the stress of Covid-19 fourth wave, Jukka renovated an entire office space, painted our home, both inside and outside and essentially transformed our old, wooden-shuttered cottage-house into a beautiful sea-side-contemporary home. Ashley provided us with reliable and professional contacts for additional services such as aluminum windows and doors. And, despite the icy Johannesburg winter, illness and an unpredictable economic landscape, Ashley and his Jukka team completed all the scheduled work 3 weeks before the proposed end-date. I could continue, describing the superbly detailed spreadsheets with every building and material detail, or the kindness we received from all those involved... but perhaps I should stop here... for one to complete this review, I urge any person in need of renovations both massive and micro-, to contact Ashley and build the Jukka relationship.

We recently had our bathroom upgraded by Ashley and his team. I have to compliment him on the professional service we received, we were kept informed of progress all the time. The subcontractors used by Ashley are polite, efficient and get on with the job and always cleaned up after themselves. Our new bathroom is stunning and well worth a few weeks of inconvenience. We recently had the pleasure of renovating some areas of our home. We decided our kitchen and en-suite bathroom needed refreshing. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ashley and his team of experts during the renovation process. We chose all our fixtures and tiles and Ashley did all the shopping on our behalf. This in itself was a great help due to our limited storage space and lack of suitable transportation. We then decided that we wanted to retile our living area and paint the inside of the house, Ashley did the necessary adjustments with no hassles and took on that project as well. The service that we received from Ashley was first class, he kept us informed through every step of the process, this on a daily basis. Nothing was ever too much for him and he followed through on every aspect of our renovation. I can highly recommend Ashley and Jukka Construction.
