This doctor should not be allowed to practice Terrible experience with OBGYN Dr. Usha – avoid at all costs. She was dismissive, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. When I raised concerns about the urgency of a biopsy, she snapped: “Why are you getting so worked up? In the UK you'd have to wait six months for this test.” She called me at 4:30 PM on a workday asking I come in immediately to sign a consent form she should’ve sorted well before, else the test would get delayed. Worse, my biopsy results came in on Thursday - she only contacted me on Sunday, offering a vague and confusing explanation. Her bedside manner is horrible, her communication skills poor, and her understanding of basic process questionable. I left more anxious than reassured. A doctor like this should not be practicing in Dubai.

Physio therapist at JTS , Ms. Fariya Naaz is a miracle worker.. The best physio therapist i would say in dubai is Fariya Naaz, she patiently listens to our issues and gives her opinion and treatment.. She has the necessary tools to do the same and uses them well.. The chronic pain after my fall from the staircase persisted for 3 years and Fariya handled it so well and understood the problem areas and did excellent work.. I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart. SHE IS TRULY A MIRACLE WORKER.

Have met Dr Mathews Alappat and Dr Satish there. Very friendly and their experience counts. Went to them for different issues for which I had consulted several Drs in Dubai. They did make a huge difference. I found them very ethical and professional. Spot on the issue and minimal medications. Hats off to JTS

JTS is the place to go for Outpatient Medical Supports and Services especially for Ortho and Physiotherapy issues! This is my personal experience! This medical center is located at Jumeirah / Dubai. Many thanks to Dr Abhay and Physiotherapist Ms Shahana! Hats Off! What was a certain Surgery following Cervical C5/C6/C7 disc prolapse issue - they cured it with exercises and physiotherapy treatments! Sincere thanks to them and to JTS institution as a whole! I went in a bad shape! Recovered 95% in 5 weeks time! Very Courteous Service and a great Ambience! Has a good space / free parking too! In short Awesome!

They never seem to answer the phone irrespective of what time you call them at (and I'd love to upload screenshots here of call logs in case the clinic tries to deny this). I've tried filling in the online form previously, but that's not worked either. On WhatsApp, they would respond to you only after you've chased them for a couple of times. Update: even a month later, I'm facing the same issue. I had promised to take down this comment if the clinic had improved on this aspect. I genuinely hope and pray that such delays do not happen at the cost of any patient's time or suffering, especially since a patient is only wanting to see a doctor if they have a medical concern.

I’ve been visiting JTS since almost 10 years now. I’ve used them for few specialities but the best proven for me is the orthopedic. Dr. Abhay is knowledgeable doctor who has always advised me with the best solution. JTS has a separate office for their physiotherapy sessions. I’ve been treated by Dr. Vinod and Dr. Fariya and I’ve always found results after my sessions. They not only try to relax your muscles stress during the sessions with their new technology but also advice on exercises to continue regularly to resolve the problems in long term. Highly recommend JTS for your orthopedic team.
