We sell veterinary x-ray equipment and JPI had the best user friendly software that we have come across. Cusyomerd usually gasp when they see the how the software guides them through how to take an image and even a positioning guide. Software adjusts kV and mAs, too. Robert Thompson “Bo” is our sales rep who will answer calls or texts from us pretty much any time day or night and extremly helpful with any concerns we may have. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Their tech support is very knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend JPI!

Extremely poor service, in sales not willing to provide local x-rays repair people easily, can not do repairs with out vendor but sale person Mike selling new DR with out Vendor. Not co-operative. significant delays.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking to get valuable feedback to improve on our service. As a master distributor we only work with trained certified local dealers to support our valuable customers CR issues.

We cannot support you directly for delicate CR Repairs, we strongly suggest that Doctors do not open the system as this can cause more problems. We provided you with a local dealer who can help with your current technical issue. In addition we discussed a possible upgrade to a DR solution as an option.
