Word service - probably a scam
Made an order in November, received an email confirming the order but nothing received to date. No response to several emails sent chasing the order and the phone numbers just default to an automated message saying no one can respond right now. DO NOT buy from this company
Scam site?
Ordered one item in mid-November, keeping in mind that the site advised there may be delays, and gave a week’s grace of the estimated delivery date- emailed the contact address on the 28th, two weeks after ordering, as I hadn’t received any updates or shipping confirmation; no response. Unfortunately only afterwards did I look up reviews for this (very convincing-looking) business only to find that many people have had the same experience. I’ve opened a case with PayPal, hopefully I can get a refund since it seems I’ll never receive my order.

Scammers
Ordered 2 toys from this store with a 4-7 day delivery. The processing icon is a constant feature on the order. I paid by Klarna and have alerted them to this fake merchant. The good reviews all appear to be earlier in2023 and most via eBay. The only thing I can think is that the shop closed down and scammers have taken over the account. Don’t be taken in by their webpage and good reviews. Customer service is zero. They have a recorded message on one phone number saying they can’t speak to you and the other number is unobtainable. They don’t reply to emails. I trusted that Klarna would only use verified merchants, but clearly see now that was a mistake.
There really needs to be banking checks on these scam companies
Ordered item and was to be delivered 26 October. Only correspondance received was a 'thank you for your order' email. Have rung, emailed, noone picks up, noone responds.
Paid via Klarna so hopefully will get a refund out of them. How these fraud stores are allowed to operate via the banking system beats me. Do not use.
Never again
Not heard a peep from this company since I ordered. Had an estimated delivery of 18th October, and funnily enough not answering emails and phone number on website is not recognised.. if delivery was going to be late an email heads-up would be great, no offer of refund or anything just radio silence. On website it does now have a message saying bear with us that orders are taking longer,but only seen that as was chasing them, that in an email with a new estimated delivery would be great.

Please do not waste your time ordering from this diabolical so called “toy store” they are quick to take your money but don’t send the item to you, now I’m having to try fight to receive my money back. I’ve emailed twice with no response and the phone number they supply on their website doesn’t even work! It’s a scam company! please keep your hard earned money as far away as possible from them. Disgusting service

Order no show, poor customer service
Ordered 2 presents for my godson in the beginning of October. Paid for 3-7 day shipping Item was "sent" later October a week after it was meant to arrive no tracking updates on royal mail, just says they've told them they sent the item, had no replies to any of my emails regarding my order either. Won't be buying from them again.

I hate leaving negative reviews but after 3 weeks of waiting for a reply... Not sure what kind of business they are running, do not reply to emails, items take 4 weeks longer than estimated delivery times, so had to buy another case in the meantime.Promised a refund which was never received. Wouldn't buy from again
