We both sold our home and bought our new property through Jon & Co and I cant recommend them enough. Jeremy made the process a breeze with great communication throughout. Our house was sold within a couple of weeks and he even found our new home prior to market! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We worked with Jon and Jeremy on selling our property in Moulton and they really made the whole process for us as stress free as possible. We had already moved out of the house when it was for sale and they ensured that the house was clean, garden looked in order and even went as far as sending us meter readings and getting the house cleaned for us and meeting our contractors for some maintenance work, because we were too far away to easily get it done ourselves. Really cannot recommend working with them more overall a brilliant experience and I don’t think we have ever worked with another agency who helped us so much.

Jon & Jeremy are a fantastic team!
We initially chose Jon & Co after being recommended, Jon came out and seemed to listen to our needs and genuinely care about our home and sale.
As time went by they surpassed our expectations, each step of the journey through selling our home to completion was dealt with, in such a professional manner, the service was outstanding. They accompanied all viewings. We even had a kind of open house sale day. Which led to 3 interested buyers more or less straight away. Both Jon and Jeremy, always replied promptly, explained each stage as the weeks went by.
In the end we can honestly say, Dave & I felt we had gained 2 new friends. The service was truly great, we even received the most beautiful flower arrangement for our new home on completion day, hand delivered by these two lovely gentlemen.

We sold and bought our home with Jon & Co, and would recommend them to anyone. Jon was professional but had a nice approachable manner which is why we chose them, they were a bit different and more genuine than other agents we had experienced. Aside from their approach, we were really impressed with the quality of the listing and attention to detail. Having the virtual tour added another layer to it which as someone who is regularly on RightMove helped us stand out.
The viewings were done courteously and with a more relaxed feel to avoid pressuring the buyers, which I think helped secure a swift sale. We had about 4 offers on one day!
Jon kept us informed the whole time which was great, and we always felt any questions we had were answered quickly.
Overall, would definitely recommend them.

Jon & Co have been fantastic estate agents. There were a few complexities regarding our transaction, however both Jon and Jeremy worked hard to make sure everyone was kept happy.
