I had a serious issue with my order. Today, February 9, 2026, at 5:18 PM, I called customer service and waited for a long time. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the agent told me that the supervisor had no time. This was very unprofessional and honestly disappointing. Customers who make large purchases deserve respect and proper support. This experience made me lose trust in the company.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Dishonest and untrustworthy service
Everything was disappointing from start to finish. They misrepresented stock availability and shipping times, and their “one-day delivery” service was a complete scam—my item wasn’t even expected to arrive for three weeks, according to their website. Despite multiple calls to customer service, each with over an hour-long wait, they refused to refund the $14.99 delivery fee. This level of dishonesty and poor treatment of customers is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere with a company that values honesty and respect.

Worst Online Shipping Experiences
I ordered fragrances on 2-27-25. Today is 3-6-25 and the order still shows 'pending' - Csr. Service gives me lip service that it is shipped but still shows the package sitting in Brooklyn PO
I received broken glass instead of perfume.
I am outraged! I was so excited to receive this perfume. When I got the package, I noticed that the box didn’t have a protective seal (mica)! I was surprised because that meant someone had already opened my perfume. But when I opened the box, I was completely shocked – inside, there was a broken bottle and a pile of tiny shards of glass.
There were no wet marks or signs that the perfume had spilled inside. It’s obvious that someone opened the box, put the broken bottle in, and sent it to me. The fact that it arrived in this condition is proven by the dry box (with no stains) and the heavily scratched pieces of the bottle.
The store refused to provide compensation or send a replacement. Before buying from this store, be aware that you might receive a previously opened perfume, or worse – just broken glass instead of the perfume!

Worst Online Company
One Of The Worst Company To Deal With. We have ordered it on Oct-04-2024 & as of Oct-28-2024 Order was not shipped. They don't have goods in stock they take the order & customer money then go buy the product with customer $$
When we said cancel the order due to no shipment sent, they sent an email customer request to cancel the order.

Tramite PayPal, il 23 luglio non avendo più notizie della spedizione visto che il tracking number di dhl da loro fornito risulta fermo in a Milano dal 12 luglio . Ad oggi nonostante i solleciti sia tramite PayPal che il loro sito non ho ricevuto né il rimborso né l’articolo non compratore nulla, penso che siano delle truffe

It is the WORST online store I've ever bought a product.
I bought a watch on November 2023, it was required an adult signature on the delivery.
I didn’t receive my package, and there was no information about who was the person that signed the alleged delivery.
After a long time talking with Jomashop employees they told me that they would make a refund. But, after a while they told me that was not possible, so they offered the reshipment of the product.
Trying to finish this situation I accepted, they even sent me the shipping confirmation with all the details, but the package was never delivered to the carrier, and I’m still waiting with no answer from Jomashop, without the watch and the refund.
They make their customers as fools.

No factory warranty. Bad customerservice.
Last time i had a problem with a 1 year old Mido watch. They were very reluctant with a solution. At the end i brought it to a jeweller for repair. It did cost me 50 euros. I did buy 7 watches but never again. Bad customer experience because the warranty they claim to provide is practical worthless because it is no original factory warranty. If there is a problem with the watch they only make problems. Better pay a few dollars more and get a full factory warranty.

Their watch trade-in is a ripoff. They offer twice less watches when trade in
COMPANY THAT HAS AN ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SERVICE.
Rude, nasty and rip off shipping prices, to all foreign customers that get charged taxes beware they charge you the tax pretending to pay your own country but they pocket the money and we are talking like a min. of 10%.
Nasty team, rude manager and nasty company.

FAKE FRAGRANCEZ
I can’t speak to the quality or authenticity of anything but the fragrances. However, the fragrances are absolutely FAKE. I always purchase from Sephora or Lucky scent (both are authorized retailers). I was restocking on a perfume. Decided to give Jomashop a try. These are not the same scents. Absolutely inauthentic. Same goes for fragrance.net. Stop buying these cheap, fake perfumes from “grey markets”

avoid Jomashop at all costs
I ordered an Alpina GMT watch from Jomashop. The watch arrived defective due to misaligned minute and hour hands and date which changes at around 9:30am! I sent photos and video and Aleeya from Jomashop does not see anything wrong with it! They do not want to cover shipping costs from Australia, although they sent a faulty watch, or give discount to repair it, basically communication stopped when I asked for it. Very poor customer service. Total disaster, avoid at all costs especially when order from overseas.
Fake Scammers
They sold me 100% fake Ray Ban sunglasses, these are cheap plastic and not polarized. I have worn Maui Jims and Ran Bans for 20-plus years I know what real ones are. Cheap plastic!
These are the ones you find in Thailand. Sure they will let you return them, but for fees and will cost you 20% of cost. And if you took the sticker off. Read the real review of this place, they are high-level scammers.

Do not let the lower prices get you involved with this scamming company. They list items that do not match the actual merchandise. If you try to do a PayPal dispute they make it very hard to win the case. Absolute scammers. They also sell fake bond no. 9 perfumes. The merchandise must be returned for a refund minus the cost of shipping(even if you got free shipping). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well.
You've been warned.
WRONG MOVEMENT WITH NO CORRECTION
Sent me a watch with a less desirable movement than listed. Had to pay shipping to me and back to them. I have told them about the discrepancy multiple times and they wont change the listed to the correct movement. I tried to leave reviews so buyers know, but it doesn't actually post a low rating review. Very deceptive.
