Appalling selfish company with bad customer service Appalling ruthless service! If you are outside USA, you will not save money using their service, plus very costly to ship back goods I wasn't made aware of 20 percent customs and import bill I would have to pay when the watch entered the country I am in! There was no option when purchased watch. I just had to pay 25$ for dhl and the total came to 301$ They emailed me a few days later about taxes, I emailed back and said I assumed it was in final price with DHL, and could they please cancel order Now they hadn't shipped it m as it had been 5 days, so this takes a minute reversal on credit card, and if they weren't so rapacious they would do it! But they refused! And then immediately started the shipping process. I sent another email of complaint, saying I could get the watch cheaper where I am, with added customs and import tax that I was not made aware of when I purchased with them! I heard no response. The watch shipped and had to pay 60$ extra! To ship back( as they refused to cancel order, prior to shipping and their mistake for not informing me of 60$ extra) would cost me loss of most of tax I paid out and big shipping charge and so not viable) wasn't possible. End result, I could have purchased Watch in this country, cheaper and far quicker and returned it, if there were problems. First and last time, I will ever use this service! If you are in USA, you probably save some money with them on a watch, but no warranty! If you are outside of the USA,using them is not worth it! A very rude and ungracious service! I will stick to Amazon and Ali express in future! They have learnt of simple rule 'keep the customer happy, and he comes back and back and back' Jim's shops policy, is take your money and after that 'ignore you'

**************** reps are beyond rude and not helpful. The rep I had "the pleasure" of working with on a review I left for the company was ******. I ordered my wife a perfume that came 20% empty, damaged and had literally melted the box it came in. I have time stamps for when it was delivered and the pictures taken of the damages so you can tell it was not from negligence on my part. When I reached out asking if I could do an exchange for an intact, non damaged and full perfume, I was told that I could receive a *** of $20 or I could return the item. I regretfully accepted the $20 as it seemed there was no other option. An exchange was never offered. I posted my review and ****** responded saying I was dishonest, that the option for a full refund was given but refused. I didn't want to return the item but to exchange the damaged item for a non damaged item. ****** then ended her reply to my review with "Better luck next time". Disrespectful, Snarky and honestly just sad that this is how they choose to treat the very people keeping their business going. Thousands of dollars were spent by my wife and I with them only to be treated like this the first time we have a complaint.

I will not buy from them again. I ordered a watch from them and it was defective right out of the box.Called for R.A.# and after a back and forth with customer service she agreed to issue. Then, after one week and 3 unreturned Emails and 2 phone calls, I called and they said, it was being reviewed still. I was surprised, to say the least, Brand new watch, I just set the time and checked the chronograph function and it stopped and would not move.I packaged it back in the box and the rest is history. They received the watch 7/3/24. I'm still waiting for refund. The watch works or it doesn't. Whatever savings are not worth the aggravation. Maybe, if you want to buy perfume!

Horrible self-righteousness Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Ever since it is on a journey with USPS between Dallas and Houston vice versa multiple times. (I live in Houston area). Called them. Waited for a long time listening to this annoying yadiya how important their customers are. Well, they are not. Very unresponsive, don't listen and the only thing they say, "well it left our warehouse, so good luck with it".

**************** reps are RUDE. I was having trouble placing an order & the lady "helping" me said "I can not hold the line while you place your order. Do what I suggested, I am confident it will work. Have a good day." Then she hung up! I had to call twice because the first time I called, the gentleman "lost connection". I am sure their product is good, but I am not thrilled the way my concern was handled. **************** has gone down the tubes these days :/

I don't know what's with the negative reviews. been using Jomashop for years now and I have been quite satisfied with their service. never a problem after at least 12 transactions over the last 3 years.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Stay far away from this company. Tried to cancel an order I had placed only a few hours earlier. As soon as I asked for a cancellation, I almost instantly get a response saying cancellation wasnt possible because a shipping label had been created. They admitted the product hadnt been shipped and was still in their warehouse but because a label had been credited a cancellation wasnt possible.Scum of the earth greedy corporation at its finest

I have purchased several watches from jomashop in the two hundred dollar range. I have been perfectly happy with all the purchases. Not sure if I would spend a thousand dollars on one due to reported warranty issues. But this is the grey market after all. I will be purchasing again.

Had to return a watch that was too big and the process was easy. I bought a replacement from Jomashop and their customer service helped me set it up over the phone. Very happy with the watch and the price.

Their warranty is non existent. I have bought a half dozen watches from Jomashop over the years. The one watch I needed warranty work done on they will not accept. They say that there is visible damage on the watch which there is not. The proof is in the pictures. The watch is pristine on the outside but the minute sub dial will not align properly. I have sent them more pictures in good quality light that prove without a doubt there is no physical damage, they have yet to respond. I do not want a new watch I just want it to function properly.

I bought a citizen promaster that's supposed to come in a scuba tank package never received it. I was charged 20$ after checkout for shipping.

I only received half my order. After inquiring as to why the other had not shipped yet, I was told by support that the item takes 5-9 days to ship. This was outside of their listed shipping timelines, nor was it mentioned anywhere on the product information. After another 9 days had past, I reached out to support again. I was then told the item was item was out of stock, and it would be 2 weeks before it shipped. They offered to cancel the order and refund, or I could cancel and purchase the item as a gift set, which was available and in stock, for significantly more. I informed support I would not be doing that, and asked to cancel and refund. I have reached out twice now requesting cancelation, and am still waiting.
