Useless waste of time Look, other than sometimes showing a price trend, it's simply pointless. I have never gained a thing from the Honey App. I tried on many sites, it usually doesn't even know the things I look at, and when it does, there is no savings or coupon. IMO PayPal Honey is trash! I do want to point out, that I really use and like PayPal, it's a good way to purchase, and not be sharing my CC numbers, this is just about PayPal Honey, and I use that full name because they decided to name it that.

Terrible, horrible good for nothing website This website will not let you cash out your money. Their customer service is rude as well. STAY AWAY from this website. DO NOT USE! I repeat, STAY AWAY at all costs!

Browser extension=Data Mining Scam Update: They still owe me money and after almost a month they ignore me on chat if I managed to get someone to answer and when chat is answered they ignore me and they ignore my emails. They serve no purpose other will eventually stop communicating with you about them ripping you off. The chat person JM is a bot or a live person ignoring people, there used to be other people answering the chat but not anymore. You will be shadow banned from the chat most of the time. They will also ignore your emails. Most of my purchases are never recorded and I don't shop very many places. All my temu.com purchases are never recorded, not even one and the one big recent purchase I made of course is also missing from my pending points/gold. 3 days later emails ignored and 3 different reps refuse to do the job they get paid for. Definitely a data mining operation. Paypal wants a ground zero birds eye view of your internet purchasing life. Much worse then rakuten. People wake up and realize ALL cash back businesses are after one thing and they don't compensate us enough for what they get. I have tried several cash back sites/apps over the years and I have decided I will just keep my data, demographics and shopping habits to myself from here on out. We need to starve these leeches. It's like my fave saying "Don't ask why a clown acts like a clown, ask yourself why you keep going to the circus." They need us to stay in business not the other way around. Stop feeding the leeches

A one-star rating is too generous. Horrible return policy The store policy of issuing a credit instead of refund should be communicated at all times even if it says on the receipt. I returned an item an was told it's a credit only. It's $160 sitting in a Honey bank account. This is highway robbery. I could have used that money to feed my family. Terrible

Worthless Worthless They removed all of the redeem options in the UK, without so much as a message. The many points I earned (and which earned them money) are now worthless. This is worse than bad, its fraudulent.

Free points on all shopping Just sign up, cost nothing, log in for every web purchase and you earn points, earn enough points and get your £10 Amazon card, simple as that, I even shop for my Asda shopping and keep earning

Next to unusable! I've been with Honey.com for many years now, despite multiple problems over that time. The most recent is that, tho being logged in on my Honey account? I am continuously being asked to "log into my account". And of course, when having done so? Honey doesn't recognize having done so! Making my previously established "droplists" irrelevant, and new ones can't be opened. When it worked? I worked reasonably well! Not NOW THOUGH!.Who ever wrote the site-programming...needs to go back to school!

Gift Card Deal Scam Pushed me to buy a gift card to save $5 at checkout. The gift card didn't apply so I was charged the regular amount, couldn't use the promo code I wanted, and now have to use this gift card

Wont let me use my Honey Gold I have nearly £100 in Honey Gold and I cannot redeem it. Emails are ignored and chat is not responded to. Although the discounts are nice to have. Extremely disappointed about their customer service especially when its meant to be a Paypal company!

Accumulated gold will not be redeemed I have accumulated gold and can't redeem them. Worst customer service, no answer to emails or to the chat.

Terrible customer support and false promises I purchased a major appliance with joinhoney.com with Home Depot. I never received credit for it. I contacted Joinhoney and they never got me the points. My transaction on Joinhoney said "Ineligible." I had the same thing with Apple purchased with honey. On the contrary, when I do the exact same purchases on American Airlines Shopping, I get points from both Apple and Home Depot for the exact same types of purchases. Honey is either incompetent or a total scam and they are keeping the money. Avoid them like the plague. FYI, it looks like they were purchased by Paypal. I hope you like offshore customer service. ;)

Worked for a while then then nothing... Worked great for about a year. I saved up a substantial amount of Honey and now it does not work when I attempt to redeem it. Honey chat wont talk to me and Honey email no response. Seems like paypal just wants to keep the money for them selves.

Too Complicated to Use I hate Honey. Money isn't worth the hassle to use it. They stopped phone support. They have been told that their site is too difficult multiple times. Don't get a gift card! BIG HASSLE TO USE!

Terminated My Account And Confiscated My Entire Account Balance I was given an offer of $100 Bonus Honey Gold on a purchase. The reward did not post to my honey account after I made the purchase. I contacted their customer service multiple. I got no reply. After 6 months, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (against PayPal who owns Honey). They gave me a canned response that stated: "We determined your Honey account is not eligible for this reward as we found your account's behavior to be in violation of the Honey terms". And "PayPal reserves the right to suspend or terminate, in its sole and absolute discretion, your participation in the PayPal Rewards Program". And "termination of your participation in the Rewards Program (or your PayPal account) will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Points and unused Rewards". I have no idea what behavior they were referring too. I did nothing out of the ordinary. I was never given a warning about anything. Or told that anything I did even irritated Honey in the slightest. I suspect I will never know. But they did terminate my account and confiscated the entire balance of my account (which wasn't significant). Beware, Scam, they won't Redemption your gold The website is scan after collecting many gold they will not answer you by chat & even, they will ignore you even block you. I requested more than 5 redemption e-gift once they know you are right they will block, don't believe such website.
