I've been going to Jo's classes for 8 years. Excellent classes, to suit any level. Jo explains or demonstrates the moves thoughoughly and focuses on form while doing movements. She always has options for more advanced ways of performing exercises if you want more of a challenge. Classes are always friendly and fun.

I have been going to Jo’s Pilates classes on the Reformer for several years. After a serious illness I had mobility problems caused by loss of muscle. Jo has patiently taken me through targeted Pilates exercises which have transformed my mobility and core strength. My husband was so impressed he has also joined me. Thank you Jo, you are a star.

Love Jo’s fun attitude and her attention to detail. Very knowledgeable about how the body should work and the results can be instant. Highly recommend Jo’s private lessons. First class equipment too!
