From the start of the installation of our new air-conditioners, we have been disappointed with JFK. The units were installed, a massive mess was left in our house, which the electricians “tried to clean” unsuccessfully. Our plants were snapped, and the heads of the plants hidden behind other plants in our garden bed. Our fence was damaged, and it took a month for them to repair. None of the damage was reported to us by the installers, we found the damage after their installation and had to report it ourselves. We reported further damage that they refused to come and look at and refused to speak to us over the phone about. Do yourself a favour and look for a different company.

We are blown away with the difference a service has made to our aircon! We noticed an immediate change as soon as our technician, Brayden (who was really friendly and very helpful) left. Our aircon is now running on 21 degrees, 24 was even too hot! It’s a massive improvement from the 30 degrees we’ve had it running on for however many years and yet were still cold in winter! Over the moon! Thank you, we highly recommend JFK Electrical for servicing your aircon unit.

JFK Electrical have just replaced our old solar system with a larger one and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Professional install and complete cleanup of the old system, no mess or damage at all. The highlight is their follow up just to check that we were happy with the job and if we had any questions on the new system! Almost unheard of these days. Pricing is right and advice honest.

I just had my 14.7kW solar and 13.8kW battery storage system installed and was blown away with John Lyons process from quoting, following up, driving my application, liaising with Western Power, planning and executing my installation with e-mails, phone calls, text messages with departure and on my way messages etc. The job was neat and perfect as I am an electrician myself it was judged accordingly. He did a sterling job with his team and the execution was as perfect as can be. I can definitely recommend John Lyons and his team at JFK Electrical, Solar and air to any patron and you will be blown away with every aspect of the job. John and team, thank you and I am impressed that even receiving my certificate of electrical safety and the Western Power feedback I am one hell of a happy customer. Keep it up and thanks to you all at JFK making it happen. Kudos to you mate!

Honest, straightforward installation of our new solar system. I've dealt with John at JFK before and after looking at the offerings from other larger competitors, I came back to JFK for the solar installation on our new home. It works flawlessly and I'm very happy. The technician (Steve?) who installed the system was a credit to JFK.

My situation was a complex problem that existed on an older solar system. Chris knew his stuff and was able to rectify a problem that another business was unable to solve. All staff were friendly and help full.

Solar and 2 split system air conditioners installed all on the same day. 4 electricians were present all very professional, careful and best trades so far at cleaning up after themselves. Very happy with the work, found pricing to be competitive and reasonable, highly recommend JFK electrical.
