We chose this rental for a boat since it had the best reviews of all of the others we saw. It definitely lived up to its reputation. This was our very first time ever driving a boat. Sean took his time going over the details to make sure we understood how to drive it along with the safety procedures and the map showing us where to go and what to look at. We ended up asking for his help on something partially into the rental and to our amazement he was incredibly nice and helpful. If you're considering renting a boat or a jet ski, definitely choose this business. This was easily one of the best experiences of our vacation.
The whole experience was a blast! We came for my husband's birthday and got a two person jet ski. Shawn set us up, went over how to get back on if we fell off (which did come in handy 😂), safety, and a few tricks of the trade. Went out and had a grand old time. Came back a bit early on our hour (water was getting a bit too rough so it wasn't enjoyable for either of us anymore).
Special shout out to Shawn. When our car didn't want to start after our time out there, not only did he help us locate jump cables (both sets apparently were in our other car), he personally moved his truck over and jumped our car! That's customer service above and beyond what is expected!!! I would've highly recommended Jet Ski Texas before that, but now it's the only way we'll go jet skiing down there!
My only complaint would be the water was a tad too rough for jet skiing, but there was nothing y'all could do about it! If you want a good day on a jet ski, these are the folks to go see!!
We were there this past weekend and due to the weather we didn’t want to ski.. the instructor was very understanding and willing to let us receive a refund .. if your looking to book look no further.. he was very hands on before we went into the water.. his jet ski was very up to date and he also provided us with safety gear .. we are definitely going to book with them again upon our arrival to Texas ..
