After paying £450 for a joker to come round and make a right pigs ear of a straightforward lock replacement from one of these national companies, I got him to leave and took on a local expert who took 30 minutes, replaced the required parts from stock and left everything clean and tidy. Punctual, polite, trustworthy and above all actually knew exactly what he was doing. Couldn't be happier. WARNING TO EVERYONE ELSE - shop local and not one of these national companies.

Excellent service - unfortunately my back door locking system broke without warning and could not get out or in of the back door (luckily I was indoors), went to use the front door and found that did not work from the outside! Panic - found Julian (Jet Locksmith) on Checkatrade at 7.30am in the morning and he was here before 9am! So very efficient and such a pleasant and informative person. Gave me a choice of various replacement locks with no pressure to buy the most expensive! Completed all locks within the hour! also left everything tidy and clean. I would thoroughly recommend Julian. A pleasure to find someone nowadays so professional and efficient. Many thanks indeed.

On Sunday I locked myself out of my house. I contacted Jet Locksmiths Ltd who quoted over the phone and arrived within 15 minutes of my contact. My lock needed to be replaced and this was done with minimal fuss. Determined not to find myself in the same situation again I asked for a quote to fit a lock box. Julian keeps these as part of his supplies and was able to supply and fit one within minutes. The service I received was excellent. Julian was professional, personable and cleaned up after himself. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company based on my experience. Superb!

Got me booked in a day earlier than expected. Super friendly, didn't mind my toddler asking him lots of questions while he was working. The lock was totally replaced there and then! Couldn't ask for more. He also opened up the broken lock afterwards just to satisfy his and my curiosity. Would definitely book again if anything goes wrong wtih my locks.

Great service. Wasn't an urgent job, I logged an online quote request and got a call very quickly and we were booked in. Friendly service, kept me informed what he was doing and why. Job well done. Nice and refreshing that job took over and hour, maybe 10-15 mins, so didn't charge full 2nd hour, just Pro rata. Highly recommended.
