I've never had a better experience at an eye care center. The staff are awesome and I had zero issues. Received glasses and contacts fast and for a very good price without insurance. They searched for any little discount and gave me numerous options to get the price as low as possible. Definitely go here for your next check up.

I needed my frames fixed. A simple repair, but not something I have the tools for. Accidentally interrupted the office manager’s lunch break but she was happy to fix me up. Thankful for her help 😃

Went there today to get new glasses. Fortunately Wendy was working. I had spoken with her last week on the phone. She made the process so easy and unlike other places allowed me to choose my own frames. I can’t wait to get my glasses. If you’re uncertain about getting glasses. Please contact Wendy. She truly exemplifies what Customer Service is about. Keep her JCP. She’s great!

I shopped Penney’s optical in Greenwood In for new glasses and sunglasses! Had an excellent exam and the service was fantastic! Amy Price went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer! She is bubbling over with personality and is so knowledgeable and efficient! She caught a mistake in one pair and sent them back to be redone. Offered to stay over if I could not get there before closing! She is an asset and a great representative for your optical department! I’m sending a friend there too. Thank you Amy and the entire staff!

Dr. N was nice. Staff is rude and they make it hard on you if you want a prescription to order contacts or classes from anyone but them.
