Jay has been first-rate in sorting out my computer problems. He has also given me advice on security issues, such as viruses. His prices are very reasonable, and I often ask him if he is sure that he is charging me enough. He also provided me with a new laptop, which again, was a very reasonable price. Jay is a friendly person who I trust. I could not speak more highly of him.

Had a great work experience here for one week, with me and my friend building two computers, one of which is currently on display (unsure about the second one). Jay was quite busy but still found time to teach me the skills to build a PC in an easy and simple way, which really will help me in the long run, since I did not know how to do so prior. Would recommend if you are into computer related stuff and would like to learn some skills into completing IT related tasks.

Determined Optimism - Although Jay is optimistic, reality was very disappointing. Initially review/check powered up seemingly dead laptop = faulty Hard Drive diagnosed. Priced given to repair. Eight, Yes 8 months later after a series of updates from “just powering up”….to downloading “Apple Operating System Software”…back to original fault….”not powering up” when I said I will come to pay and collect today. So collected for spares = NOT REPAIRED.
Pity as I read many praising reviews, prior to risking further damage.

Power supply issue with my iMac. Apple didn’t want to know as they just saw the opportunity to sell me a new one me, another repair shop quoted me a ridiculous amount but not only did Jay charge me a fraction of that cost but sorted me out same day and even cleaned it for me too! Couldn’t believe it - not only amazing service but incredible value. Look nowhere else for your computer needs, Absolutely phenomenal.
