I have been a regular dine-in customer here, but unfortunately my experience over the last two visits has been disappointing. The quality of both food and service has changed and is not the same as before. Today, we celebrated a birthday here and brought our own cake. Even after ordering food and repeatedly requesting the staff, the cake was served after a long delay. There was a clear lack of coordination and attentiveness from the service team. Regarding the food, the Veg Tawa had vegetables that were not cooked properly, and the Paneer Bhuna Masala tasted slightly bitter. The overall taste was completely different from what we used to enjoy earlier. There is a noticeable decline in service efficiency, and the food quality also did not meet the standards we previously enjoyed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service and consistency.
