Very Disappointing Stay
☺ Design concept is different from other hotel.
☹ The lift was out of order, and I was not informed prior to arrival. This was unacceptable, as I have a knee injury and lift access is essential for me. Our room was on the 5th floor, making it extremely difficult to go up and down the stairs, especially on check-out day when we had to carry our luggage.
I was also concerned to receive scam attempts via WhatsApp shortly after booking, suggesting my contact details may have been compromised.
Due to poor communication, lack of accessibility, and data security concerns, I would not recommend this hotel.
Ich war zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel Jams in München, mein Zimmer durfte ich nach meiner Beanstandungen direkt wechselt und dann habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Elias, der einen wirklich erstklassigen, super netten Service geboten hat. So viel Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man selten. Vielen Dank – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel bien situado
☺ Muy cerca de una estacion de metro. A dos paradas del centro de la ciudad y unos 15 minutos andando. Cama muy grande y cómoda
☹ El ascensor no funcionaba. En planta baja hay un bar y se escuchaba a la gente hablando en la calle, el bar lo cierran a las 12 de la noche

☺ Es war sehr sauber, die Zimmer toll eingerichtet. Highlight mit dem Plattenspieler im Zimmer und das man diese an der Rezeption ausleihen konnte. Jeder Stock ist nach einem/eine Musikerin benannt. Frühstück war super abwechslungsreich, viel Bioprodukte. Wir waren wegen einem Konzert in der Muffathalle dort, welche in 5 Minuten vom Hotel her zu Fuss erreichbar war. Tramstation direkt vor dem Hotel.
Tolle Mitarbeiter.
Sekten beim Frühstück soviel gelacht.

Arriving at the room it was still not clean and at the time it was delivered to us it had a strong cigarette smell, a very simple room, it was not the best experience

In most cases, our rooms are ready at the promised check-in time. However, delays can occur when previous guests vacate their room late. If, in addition, the non-smoking policy has been violated, the cleaning process becomes considerably more complex. Even with intensive ventilation and professional cleaning, certain odors cannot always be removed immediately, and it may take some time for them to fully dissipate. We sincerely regret that you were affected by this.
Regarding the room design, it follows a curated boutique concept. While taste is always subjective, our rooms are intentionally styled and not meant to appear simple. Many guests appreciate the unique character and atmosphere this creates.
Should you choose to stay with us again, we would be very happy to welcome you in one of our Rockstar Rooms, which offer more space, enhanced amenities, and an overall upgraded experience.

Great rooms and friendly staff. Love the record players in the room and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway and 2 stops from Marienplatz

☺ Locatie was prima, ook grappig ingericht. Bed was groot en fijn, douche ook goed!
☹ De lift deed het niet, en we zaten op de 6e verdieping met m’n moeder van 76, niet fijn! Het personeel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk, 1 persoon wel, maar de rest niet. Er werd niets uitgelegd, bv hoe het ontbijt werkte, dat de lift kapot was, minibar, hoe laat uit checken. Niets eigenlijk. Er zat schimmel in het raam toen we dat open zette.
