Ich war zwar nur eine Nacht im Hotel Jams in München, mein Zimmer durfte ich nach meiner Beanstandungen direkt wechselt und dann habe mich aber sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Elias, der einen wirklich erstklassigen, super netten Service geboten hat. So viel Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man selten. Vielen Dank – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Arriving at the room it was still not clean and at the time it was delivered to us it had a strong cigarette smell, a very simple room, it was not the best experience

In most cases, our rooms are ready at the promised check-in time. However, delays can occur when previous guests vacate their room late. If, in addition, the non-smoking policy has been violated, the cleaning process becomes considerably more complex. Even with intensive ventilation and professional cleaning, certain odors cannot always be removed immediately, and it may take some time for them to fully dissipate. We sincerely regret that you were affected by this.
Regarding the room design, it follows a curated boutique concept. While taste is always subjective, our rooms are intentionally styled and not meant to appear simple. Many guests appreciate the unique character and atmosphere this creates.
Should you choose to stay with us again, we would be very happy to welcome you in one of our Rockstar Rooms, which offer more space, enhanced amenities, and an overall upgraded experience.

Wir haben unseren Geburtstag in der Jams Bar München gefeiert und hatten eine rundum großartige Zeit. Die Location ist richtig cool – stilvoll, entspannt und mit genau der richtigen Atmosphäre für einen besonderen Abend.
Der Service war durchweg aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Die Getränke waren hervorragend gemixt, kreativ und absolut auf den Punkt – hier versteht man sein Handwerk.
Besonders schön war die lockere, positive Stimmung, die den Abend zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Für Geburtstagsfeiern oder einfach einen richtig guten Barabend ist die Jams Bar definitiv eine Top-Adresse in München. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely Hotel but let down
Lovely hotel. Close to the city centre, nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. However we are disappointed and let down that despite advertising the fact that they have a bar and restaurant we are unable to use it as they have chosen to let it out for private functions both last night, tonight and tomorrow night (ie every night of our stay). When we arrived we were told that the bar was closed due to a private function that evening and advised of other establishments locally that would be nice(no problem). Unfortunately we were not advised that the following two nights would also be a problem. It only became apparent as we headed into the bar tonight(night 2) and were told by the DJ that there was a private function on in the bar. When I asked at reception I was only then told that this was the case and that it would also be the same for the following night. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel as we always enjoy a drink or two at the end of the day in our chosen hotel, or the possibility of supporting the hotel with a meal in the venue on at least one night. We do understand the time of year and parties etc however we should have been advised of this situation in advance.

☺ Equipe muito atenta e simpática. Decoração bastante interessante e moderna. Localização fora do centro, mas perto de bons restaurantes e bastante silencioso.
☹ O elevador precisa de uma atualização. Fecha rapidamente e precisa tomar um pouco de cuidado com ele. Tanto que no último dia não estava funcionando.
Das Hotel ist sehr mit Musik verbunden, man kann sich Schallplatten für sein Zimmer ausleihen oder kann sich dort mit der Box via Handy verbinden. Die Dusche ist mitten im Zimmer. Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker. Tram Station direkt um die Ecke, U-Bahn Station etwas weiter weg.

We have reviewed all the points you mentioned:
– Record player: Our technician has tested the device in your room, and it is fully functional.
– Record selection: We offer a curated collection of over 400 vinyl records. A selection is displayed in the lobby, and many more are stored in the cabinets there for guests to browse.
– Refrigerator: In this room category, no minibar service is included, which is why the refrigerator is intentionally unplugged. When plugged in, it works normally.
– Bathroom fan: The ventilation system is operating properly; it may take a moment to reach full power.
– Door access: The latch had slipped out of its mount, which can occasionally happen. It has already been reattached.
– Electrical outlets: Each room has more than twelve outlets, though some may be less immediately visible. We will review how to make these more intuitive to find.
We regret that your stay did not reflect the experience we strive to offer and appreciate you taking the time to share your impressions. Should you return, we would be happy to personally ensure a smooth and pleasant visit.

☺ Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig nah zum Deutschen Museum gelegen. Direkt um die Ecke hält die Straßenbahnlinie 17. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 14 Minuten, die Bahn fährt tagsüber alle 10 Minuten
☹ Unser Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber des Lifts (Nummer 404), was zu nicht unerheblichen Geräuschen/Lärm geführt hat. Bei geöffneten Fenster hat man die Straßenbahn regelmäßig gehört. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr. Der Saft bestand eigentlich nur aus Wasser, die Auswahl an Marmelade war sehr überschaubar. Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen.
