I was a bit worried when they gave me a 4 year old van with 88k miles and full of small scratches and dents. But the staff was friendly and reassuring. Overall good experience and will use them again. But having said that, it would be nice if they return my £300 they are holding from my bank account, sooner rather than later.

I needed a van urgently for a quick three-hour task to pick up some items, and the team at this company went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Despite the short notice, they provided me with one of their large vans at a discounted rate, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Upon returning the van, a team member noticed a minor scuff on one of the alloy wheels. Despite uncertainty about whether the damage occurred during my hire period or was pre-existing, the staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism and courtesy. They were understanding, friendly, and ultimately decided to overlook the issue, which was a gesture that truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. Always helpful and efficient

I needed a van at short notice and for Sunday only. I live in the midlands so couldn’t pick up till late on the Saturday and needed to return Monday by 9am. The team at Jafvans were really helpful and made the whole process stress free. There was no issue allowing me to have the van on the Saturday or return on the Monday and I was only billed a days hire. The van was brand new and perfect for my requirements. I will use Jafvans again.

Professional service and pain free renting process. Let's be honest, renting a vehicle can be a real nightmare but Jafsvans delivered a perfect service. I was very pleased with the whole process from booking online to the collection and return of the van. Price is also good value and all the staff were professional and polite. I recommend renting with Jaf and I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

I’ve used these guys about 15 times in the last 2 months. Easy and simple process to book, flexible with adjustments and all the team are top top people. I had a slight external issue this week not related to them and they sorted out with minimal fuss and I’m extremely grateful and thankful. Easy n stress free to hire from them

Hired a car with Jafvans Ruislip for 4 days and it was a great experience. The condition of the car was superb and the whole pick up drop facility was flawless. Loved it. Going to hire a car again very soon, you have earned a customer for life.
