Should have done my homework before signing up with them!! Not going into details as ALL of the 1-2 star reviews details are exactly what we went through with them. They promise, promise, promise with no results. They promise a 1-2 day remodel, bologny ! Just like others on this site, we waited and waited until I threatened to cancel my contract, then they called immediately offering us a refund of $500-1000 if we moved forward. Like an idiot I played into their game. No refund, no call no text after a dozen calls and texts to them. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SHISTERS TO SAY THE LEAST. Once they have your money, they basically ghost you.

They confirmed the appointment 7 times and then no one actually showed up for the appointment. Do NOT recommend!

I am working with a client who just had this company install a walk-in shower. 12K was the price for the shower alone. They did one of the worst jobs I have seen. Caulk/Sealant all over the panels, looks like they used a rock to smooth the caulk/sealant and then got is all over the panels in an effort to wipe it off. Did not seal the base of one panel and could not install the panels such that they are square. Do not use this company for anything! They are clearly without capable installers and while they might do something in a day, it is not going to be satisfactory.

The shower came out beautiful, and we're very pleased. Kaden and Jose are very skilled and expert installers. We are aware that Jacuzzi uses subcontractors for installation. The install was scheduled, and the night before we had a phone call that the install was cancelled as they discovered the shower base was damaged and needed to be reordered. We waited 4 weeks with no update, so I sent an email to Jacuzzi's main office asking what was the status and that I noted several negative comments on Google which made me think twice that we had selected Jacuzzi. Amazingly, they found another shower base that day and scheduled the install for later that week.

We had a sales rep come out to give us an estimate, she was very nice and knew the product well. When it came to a shower head choice we told her the shower head we had did the same thing. We also mentioned we would like to leave the pipe that the shower head fastens to. "You can't do that, it will void your warranty. We can change it after you leave," she was not pleased about that. When she go to the price I about fell out of my chair. Wham, $25,000. "Well if you sign today it will be $15.000for cash but $20,000 guaranteed price if you decide within a year", I believe it was. Here's the good part, financing at 19.99%. The $25,000 tag would be payments of $800 a month for 5 years, that's a $48,000 shower. Kept telling her we needed to get a couple of more estimates, that's when the $15,000 deal came out. Talk about false advertising, one of the people talking about having a shower put in are friends of Christina's. I recall her remodeling their bath on one of her shows. She also proceeded to tell us no one was any cheaper and their warranty was no good. Felt like I was at a car dealer trying to buy a car.

The acrylic wall shower enclosure looks great. Installation was done fast, neatly, and professionally. However, I am profoundly upset with the sales representative Luke Rietz. During the presentation of the shower enclosure, I was not informed that I would be unable to install a sliding barn door. People! If you are about to remodel your shower room please keep in mind if you plan to have a frameless barn door the threshold of the shower tray MUST BE NO LESS THAN 3 AND 3/4 INCHES wide. If the threshold is narrower than this number you will be extremely limited in choices of sliding doors. Or you will have to use a shower curtain. I am cornered into choices I don't like just because I was not provided the necessary information to choose the shower tray. The project to remodel the shower enclosure cost me approx. 15K after all lure bells and whistles from Costco. Yes, I am speaking just about the shower enclosure, not the whole shower room.

Where do I start. I have never been so disappointed in a company (Jacuzzi ) in all of my life. All they do is lie. We signed up with them on January 18th to have them install a walk-in shower. It is now December 19th and all we have is a framed-in shower and NO doors. They have sent 4 sets of doors over the period of the project and all were the wrong size. Just to be fair we go back to Michigan for 6 months. But they still had FEBRUARY - APRIL and also all of NOVEMBER and December. The last straw was when they came out to install door number 4 and it didn't fit on December 3rd. I got phone call later that that they found a door (#5) and said the manager is paying for it on his bank card and it will be shipped ASAP. I sent two different emails to two different people in charge on the 17th and still have not heard back. The biggest gripe I have is they never answer your emails. It might not be all the Jacuzzi franchises but the one in Tucson absolutely sucks. They wanted me to send them a check for the remaining balance and I told him, "You got to be kidding me." If you're thinking of using JACUZZI for a remodel, RUN FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

I was very happy with the installation of our new shower. The people who installed were very professional and I really appreciated all the work they did. We have a very old house. Over a hundred years old. So it was no easy task. But they made it work and we are very happy. Because of it being so old some new plumbing had to be done. They were completely helpful with that. We had no idea who to contact and they gave us some ideas. We were able to contact and have the person come out in a matter of two days. We also were NOT taken to the cleaners on the price. This person had it done and ready for them to continue in a matter of a day. Everything was done in a matter of a week. I would recommend Jacuzzi highly. I am sorry for all the negative reviews I just know we were treated so well. Customer service was excellent to us. They were right on top of everything. Now the salesman was another thing.... But that was taken care of, and I will not go into it.

All I wanted to do was upgrade my current shower. No plumbing changes, no new door.... just slide the fiberglass shower out and replace with similar with grab bars. The quoted price? An astonishing $25,000! According to the internet it should cost between $1,200 - $4,000!! The Jacuzzi man said that would only cover 3 sides of the shower. What a joke! Avoid these rapacious vultures at all costs.

I have not used this company for one big reason . Christina!!! In the commercial they have these supposed customers, but what they are are lifelong friends of Christina and I am sure with their money they would not have put in a jacuzzi system unless it was free. Please everyone don't ever believe commercials. DONT BELIEVE ANY COMMERCIAL, They want your money.

They are a joke. Start off showing you don't need to remove the tile. Then 29 seconds later they say, "We take everything down to the studs." I guess technically you don't have to remove tile, "They do". Lol.

so although i "do not" watch commercials i may catch a split second of jacuzzi bath remodeler and always laugh at what they advertise. had mine installed a little over a year ago. i just finally had to write this.. it's nice, can't complain much on appearance on the shower wall mrs and I chose with wainscot around the remaining walls, but not for $13,000. had one issue to adjust the shower curtain they did respond in a timely fashion to, not bad, but their fixer also told me when he came to adjust it they should have put a finish molding and was going to schedule it, but guess what, he never called back. i had a contractor come in to install vinyl flooring, shower ventilation and baseboard which came out beautiful, and asked him about the job, tub wall and wainscot and he could have done it for about $8k so... 1st, don't let the sales person pressure you in committing a contract cause he would say if i leave the offer he may provided is no longer, well show him the door!. I went against my better judgement cause i do a lot of work around my own house. what i liked it was a 1 day job. " big deal" even if it took 2 days. so shop around you'll and get a better price, i can assure you before making a decision. Now... this this best part.. and damn funny, you see those install guys in the commercial, that's all BS.. ""they DO NOT look like that"" with those nice shirts and kaki pants aha!! I got some crap contractor with his 2 sons helping installing their material. and note " I was the one who removed the toilet, vanity and door, then "I" installed it all back when they finished, i guarantee they would have not been able to do this,, for you!. do you'r homework first, get prices from contractors before calling them, then absolutely make you'r own decision, it's your bathroom. added cause just recalled this. FYI, the sale rep Guy never called back to see, ask and or even to know how the job went and if we was satisfied, took the money and ran in my opinion. that's not a sales rep. good luck

Very disappointed with this company. The sale **** deceived me into thinking he was only checking my credit eligibility when in fact I was signing a binding contract. This is the most crooked, underhanded thing ever done to me by a company I thought was reputable. I called customer service and the contract was canceled for which I am thankful. I would recommend you stay far away from this company.

We contracted them to have our shower redone. We also asked if they would take the tile down around the tub and replace with matching shower tile. "No problem," they said. After install we are told they don't do the wall on the outside of shower. Also, they couldn't or wouldn't replace tile around tub. I'm embarrassed to say what we paid to be left with getting additional work done. We were left with an eyesore.

I needed a tub to shower conversion before thanksgiving. The Jacuzzi sales guy comes out and plays his games offering the job 22k and we settle at 15k (seven thousand less) without the shower door. Two statements were misleading That he could get it expedited and guarantee it will be done on time and no matter what they find it will be included in the ******** was not done on time and I had to spend 2000 more to another vendor because their installers could not complete the job. The Jacuzzi installer stated he could return on Friday after Thanksgiving which was another untrue statement. Jacuzzi did not want to pay the installer holiday pay and offered to finish the job the following week but I would need to miss work again. The scheduler and install manager continued to interrupt and give misleading statements on why the job could not be completed as promised and paid for. I received misleading sales promises, horrendous customer service and the job is still not complete.

With Costco's endorsement, we hired Jacuzzi Bath to install 3 separate bath layouts. Our salesperson, Jenny Johnson, presented many choices of products, spent considerable time measuring, checked the details of the contract thoroughly so nothing would be missed, and gave us a computer generated visualization of what the finished products would look like. She also has construction knowledge that was extremely helpful in her designs. Sizing issues on one project caused others to doubt, but she was insistent and confident of her original designs and personally stepped in for us to move forward. Sales Manager George Spatola also personally handled situations that came up making sure we were completely satisfied. All projects were done professionally, and the showers are absolutely beautiful. Jacuzzi Bath is a worthwhile investment to our home.

Jacuzzi shower remodels are a joke. Have a small bathroom and men with Jacuzzi for a quote. Got the same song and dance about the wife needing to be present but I held my ground as my wife was not wanting to participate as she had work to do. Got a quote of $22,000 for the shower install but I could get $2,000 off if I signed right away. $20,000 for a shower and the rest of the bathroom would still look horrible. I told the salesperson absolutely not and said goodbye. We wound up paying $14,500 for a full bathroom remodel where the entire space was gutted to the framework. Bathroom looks great and we are very happy. Do not fall for Jacuzzi shower installs as it is a huge waste of money.

My bathtub remodel was a nightmare. The installers used a jigsaw to cut the copper pipes so the first time I used it we had a leak that damaged the downstairs ceiling in the kitchen (still not repaired). Had to call my own plumber because it was Sunday and they couldn't get a manager to address the situation. Then they wanted to wait 3 weeks to get back and repair the shower wall the plumber had to cut out. Besides that the faucet metal didn't match the rest so I had brushed nickel and shiny chrome...ugh!!! I wish I had never used this company.

Jacuzzi was at an event that I attended. I had some interest in remodeling one of the bathrooms in our home and set an appointment. Once I started doing some research, I decided that this isn't a company I wanted to work with and canceled the consultation. I let them know this in a kind and professional manner. I unfortunately have received no less than 3 follow up calls where I have had to reiterate this in the last few weeks. I'm increasingly concerned and frustrated with the situation. I realize that I've made a mistake in giving them my personal information. If you have any kind of mild interest in doing business with this company, please know that they will not respect your instructions no matter how you approach them in declining their services.
