Visited I-Vape shop in Navan on 16/08, supporting a person with an ID that vapes. Staff couldnt be more helpful! 5 stars!! Staff recommened a vape suitable for the gentleman's needs and so far, so good! Well done I-Vape, compliments on your inclusive and friendly customer service!!

Amazing customer service, very friendly staff. Tracey in particular was so helpful and friendly over the phone with recommendations and overall going above and beyond to make sure I was sent the proper glass, as I ordered multiple in the hopes one would fit. She took the incorrect glass off of my order and asked if I would like to make up the difference with vape juice. Meanwhile my local vape shop that I've been going to a year and purchase everything from, including my tank is trying to sell me a replacement glass for the same price I paid for the tank 😂 looking forward to dealing with iVape in the future.
