Thanks to Esmalkia Safaris, I experienced the best of Dar Es Salaam and Zanzibar in one trip.
The first thing that you notice about Dar Es Salaam is it's blend of urban energy amid a dazzling coastline. I particularly enjoyed Dar's unique attractions such as like Kivukoni fish market, National museum and the waterfront delights. Dar is more than a transit point for Zanzibar. It's a city where modernity meets tradition.
Zanzibar was just a whole different vibe. The spice island was glittered by turquoise waters. Whether soaking in the sun, enjoying sunset dhow cruise, ,snorkeling among tropical fish, doing city walk, or walking through Jozani forest, every moment in Zanzibar felt like a postcard through life. Zanzibar didn't feel like any other destination that I've visited, it was more of a tapestry of experiences that awaken all senses.
