Had fibre with these guys for a few months now and the customer service and broadband has been superior. If there has been any faults you are notified straight away and my order manager Lewis Taylor has been on point with any queries or questions ive had. To the point ive recommended other people to use them
Currently using ITSfibre for my internet at a Persimmons homes site in Dereham, Norfolk. I selected ITSfibre as I simply wanted to support a local company and they seemed to be getting good reviews at the time (late 2023). Recently the connection has been unreliable dropping in the evenings causing loss of services for periods of 8 to 10 hours. In 2025 such frequent loss of service is unacceptable and the fact that support is only available during office hours makes it difficult to monitor or report problems.
The price for my connection is also unacceptable at around £45 for a 360mbps connection per month, InternetTY provide the same package on ONFL for £38 and BT via Openreach can provide you 900Mbps for £38.
I am out of contract in 1 month with ITSfibre, if they cannot provide good reason for the connection loss and a working solution to fix the issue then I will seek a provider that can.
Absolutely awful company and customer service. We have been with them for just over a year and had nothing but problems from the start, when we joined we were without internet for over a week and have had constant issues since, we have Sky glass and due to issues with the internet we cannot use some of the apps as its is registering us in another country. When you log this with itsfibre you are promised daily it will be resolved but a week on we were still chasing. I have asked for my early cancellation fee’s to be waived and I am now being ignored by the manager, I have emailed him 3 times and called him and had a promise of a call back but still nothing….:
Awful service. These people have no interest in their customers whatsoever. They don't inform you of planned outages unlike other providers on the ofnl network. When I brought this up with them I was ignored. When they sent me an email with offers, I responded stating I would leave at the end of my contract due to them not bothering to update their customers. The response was just ok thanks. I have had more outages in one year than I have had in the last ten years with all other providers combined. That includes years living in South America. Every outage means I am unable to work but they don't care. Last Friday my location switched to Hong Kong in the middle of watching something on sick leave. The issue got resolved after calling them but I thought it was just me. Neighbours then had the same issue on the Saturday. Reading the reviews on here, I'm surprised that people were told on Saturday that the issue was unknown given that it took at least two people to resolve my location issue on the Friday. Absolutely awful service. Will now be looking at breach of contract due to them not providing the service I pay for.
Great service, staff and pricing. Quick service as well.

This is the best fibre network I’ve ever used. Whenever I run into an issue, their customer support resolves it immediately over the phone—and they’re always incredibly patient.

Fantastic customer service, better than any other broadband company I've dealt with, the gentleman even contacted me himself to ensure everything was correct and going smoothly with moving into our new house. Had absolutely no problems with connection or ping which is great as a house filled with gamers, and the price is very competitive too. Would highly recommend ITSFibre

Awful Service.
You are sold the idea of full fibre in every room. When in fact it is dreadful in every room even with a direct wire.
I have the highest package at 900 download to 450 upload and there is none stop issues with the TV including sky stream and apps like Netflix due to the internet.
I can not play on my Xbox which is HARD WIRED due to the internet connection being too laggy and drops in and out.
I have spoke with people from its fibre for over 6 months from my initial moving in date. I have changed routers, done none stop checks for these guys with no solution every week. Extremely disappointing and beyond a joke.
Overall dreadful experience.

The best customer service I have ever experienced from an internet service provider. Professional and friendly service. Everything is followed up thoroughly without any chasing - just how it should be. Very impressed and I would recommend ITSfibre to anyone. Thank you for the great service. Fantastic ping on your connection too which is perfect for gaming.

They were really prompt with all the paperwork and the installation was carried out quickly and efficiently.

And all this for half the price of my previous provider!

We’ve had our WiSpire/In Touch service for about six months now and we’ve been really happy with it. Installation was easy with good communication and good customer service from everyone we dealt with.
We’re moderate internet users but our young adult sons like to game and they’ve had no complaints whatsoever.
Reliability has been very good.
Our signal comes from Tibenham Church a couple of miles away. Our village has full fibre, but we found OpenReach impossible to communicate with for our new build. We thought we’d give WiSpire/In Touch a try, to buy us time to sort out the issues. But we find ourselves very happy with the service provided and have no plans to change.

Avoid like the plague. Moved into my new build property and have had nothing but issues with them. As someone who does his work from home I rely heavily on upload speed and a good download speed. These aren't reliable at all and constantly drop randomly all day everyday.
Contacted them with the issues. Just get fobbed off on the phone "I'll give you a call back" still heard nothing from them.
Try to contact them to cancel my contract since I'm not getting the promised service and completely ignored and I'm pretty sure the "account team" doesn't exist.
I've been with every internet provider you can think of all have their issues but these take the cake for sure.
