Awful venue. How do you, in the year of our lord 2025, not have metal detectors and have to pat down every concert-goer individually?? And then oversell the venue to the point where there's no room to stand anywhere, and the moment you find somewhere to stand and not get trampled, you are being yelled at and flashed lights at that you "can't be there" for security reasons when this entire venue is a security hazard. I hope Ingrid Michaelson never plays another show here because I don't know that I can bear to return here.
The venue looked cool, and the happy fits did amazing. Some workers were nice, but some were rude
I was forced into the security line where a man body checked me despite me telling them I was a woman, not a man
Some lines also took forever. They check your bags at the door, but even once you’re inside, you have to check your bags in. Not only do they force you to do that, but they charge you for it
Security and staff was dicey. Security also didn’t help when a drunk patron fell on my wife. Still saw the drunk guy stumbling around all throughout the concert we went to, even though we pointed it out to them. Some of the staff was increasingly rude, especially when trying to control lines. I understand trying to control a lot of people, but you’re dealing with people. Have a little compassion. Don’t just snap at people asking questions. If there’s a concert here I want to see, I’ll skip it. Not worth my time.
Had a pretty good time with the actual concert. Venue can get rather cramped at times especially with the coat check during the winter. Bathrooms are pretty nice and clean. Most of the staff is pretty friendly.
My only actual complaint is that I had already checked in my coat and went upstairs to the stage, only to be sent back in line for the coat check by a security person to check in my shoulder bag. So while I'm waiting in the coat check line (which is now considerably longer), more people are going up to the stage, and I didn't get as great of a spot for the concert as I would've liked. The main problem here is that I'm not sure why I was singled out for my shoulder bag, considering I later saw a lot of other people with bags larger than mine.
Also, keep in mind that the coat check is $5 per ITEM. It sort of makes sense, but I was kind of hoping to just hang my bag with my coat on the same hanger. When I got to the front of the coat check line again I had to pay another $5, and even the coat check staff were surprised that my bag was asked to be checked in.
A must visit venue for rock shows. If you can't take being pushed around on the floor (general admission), you can go onto the balcony (different ticket). I've seen a few different bands here... The used, set it off, Chevelle, Taproot, fame on fire, and more. The pit goes hard and wide. Coat check is convenient and worth it cause it'll get hot in there by end of the show. But not overwhelmingly hot. Great security guards. They drop a single person lol and kept a good eye on people who were doing stuff they shouldn't have been doing.
If i could give this venue no stars i absolutely would. The staff are very unhelpful, only one kind gentleman helped me and my family while everyone else absolutely ignored us. The venue cannot accommodate for more than 6 disabled people (thats being generous) and any “overflow” are made to sit in the middle of a walkway by the stairs all the way in the back of the venue where you cannot see anything but peoples backs!! We were CONSTANTLY stepped on and over, venue staff did nothing about it. If it weren’t for the other people in ada who helped us our night wouldve been ruined. Ive been to many shows and by far that was the absolute worst experience ever. If you’re disabled or going with a disabled person, save yourself the time and money and just watch the artists music videos at home on a tv. Out of all the chances ive given this venue they just keep getting worse.
great great venue, very intimate and just amazing all around. specifically writing this review for the staff ESPECIALLY SECURITY!! Kyle, Max, Kenny (hope I got your names right) yall were amazing and saved me and others so many times. helped me find my glasses lenses after it broke off in the crowd 😩 truly made my experience so much better, give these guys a raise fr they were lifting out crowd surfers back to back!!
