What a mistake to use this company. They had to redo our pool 2 times and now the paint is peeling off. There were streak marks a month after redoing the pool. The owner was informed. And nothing was done. Had a major leak, managed to repair the leak, but the touch up paint in the pool look’s terrible. I requested that the stuff be repaired under warreanty. The owner is not returning my messages.

Hi Richard, the marks on the pool are normally caused by metals in the pool water and this often happens when the PH of the pool is not maintained or if metals are leached into the pool.
If you recall correctly we had to redo the pool after you had used some other company to do it and the job that they had done was a total mess.
With regards to me not getting back to you, this most certainly is not the case. I was driving when I got your WhatsApp requesting me to do a site visit and replied "Sure Richard, no problem" but did not realize I had not pressed the send button. After replying (or thought that I had) I contacted my manager and instructed him to call you and set up a date for the site visit, and again asked him yesterday, he replied that you were upset as I had not replied to you, I then checked my WhatsApp and saw what had happened, I called you twice yesterday but you refused to take my calls, last night I saw the above post and was a tad confused as we have had a long relationship between yourself and iPools.
