Seems like a scam page, beware of them They told me: "Our security system alerted us of a fraud risk within your transaction and therefore we deactivated your code" On a visa card that has never had any issues. Then when I wanted the working code, they told me: Could you please provide us a photo of a valid ID card with the same name used on the payment card and with one of these 2 options: - With the letters "IG" wrote next to the card (e.g. https://www.instant-gaming.com/themes/igv2/modules/history/images/ig-letters.png ) or - With a screen showing our logo behind (e.g. https://www.instant-gaming.com/themes/igv2/modules/history/images/ig-screenshot.jpg ) Seems like a Identity theft page

Unterirdischer Kundenservice Hab wegen der vielen guten Bewertungen eine 50€ PSN Karte bestellt und bin bitter enttäuscht worden. Nachdem ich mich über Gmail angemeldet und 50€ per Klarna überwiesen habe kam die Nachricht, das die offene Zahlung geprüft werden und ich ein Foto von meinen Personalausweis machen soll. Als ich nachgefragt hab ob dafür nicht Klarna zuständig ist und ich gestern erst eine PSN Karte bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt hab wurde mir mitgeteilt das meine Bestellung storniert wird da ich mich nicht ausgewiesen hab. Daraufhin hab ich angeboten mich auszuweisen und gesagt das ich nicht zufrieden bin als Betrüger hingestellt zu werden. Es kam die Antwort das die Bestellung storniert ist und schöne Grüße. Noch nie im Leben so einen unterirdischen Kundenservice gesehen hoffe ich konnte jemandem die Erfahrung ersparen..

Poor support for fraud Yesterday, someone broke into my InstantGaming account and purchased €150 worth of codes. InstantGaming's support refused to compensate for the damage, even though it was entirely the site's fault. I can say that because my InstantGaming account was linked to my Google account, which neither sent any access alerts nor showed suspicious activity. PayPal (through which the payment was made), on the other hand, identified the transactions as fraudulent within 10 minutes and refunded me. To add salt to the wound, the customer service responses were unhelpful and even condescending. In conclusion, not only InstantGaming ultimately had to return me the €150, but they also lost a customer

Lebenszeit verschwendet +5 Minuten meines Lebenseinfach verloren! Nachdem ich immer noch diesen dr*cks Newsletter bekommen habe wollte ich mich natürlich davon abmelden. Das Problem daran war nur, das man sich extra wieder in seinen dr*ckigen dr*cks Account einloggen musste. Dann hab ich natürlich auch irgendein Passwort genommen weil man nicht will das so Seiten wie IG dein Passwort haben (jetzt weiß ich zu 100% richtig gelegen). Passwort ändern + noch mal extra bestätigen das man ja auch wirklich sein Passwort vergessen hat + diesen Text zu schreiben und auf mehren Seiten zu veröffentlichen hat mir jetzt 10 Minuten meines Lebens gekostet, ich hoffen ich kann ein paar Leute vor diesem dr*cks System warnen. WAS FÜR EIN VERF***TES A***HLOCH DENKT SICH AUCH DAS ES POSITIV SEI DAS MAN SICH EXTRA WIEDER IN SEINEN ACCOUNT EINLOGGEN MUSS BEVOR MAN DIESEN HUR***OHN NEWSLETTER ABBESTELLEN KANN??????

When attempting to make a second purchase, my credit card company deemed the site suspicious and locked my card. After making numerous phone calls and spending a half an hour of my time my card was finally unlocked. The next day I attempted to make the same purchase, only to receive the error "The product code you've entered is not valid." I reached out to IG Support, who stated it was now their security team who deemed the transaction suspicious, at which point they requested a photo of my credit card and photo ID. Under no circumstances am I, or any other sane person, going to submit a photo of my credit card and ID. For these reasons I say it is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

No recomendation! Instant Gaming sold me installation key for Office Professional Plus 2021 PC, which was already used by somebody! They assured me that they will send new one when it is available again in the stock. After few months I got reply that this product will be not availabe anymore on their platform and they only can return my cash on the IG profile. I do not recommend!
