Seems like a scam page, beware of them They told me: "Our security system alerted us of a fraud risk within your transaction and therefore we deactivated your code" On a visa card that has never had any issues. Then when I wanted the working code, they told me: Could you please provide us a photo of a valid ID card with the same name used on the payment card and with one of these 2 options: - With the letters "IG" wrote next to the card (e.g. https://www.instant-gaming.com/themes/igv2/modules/history/images/ig-letters.png ) or - With a screen showing our logo behind (e.g. https://www.instant-gaming.com/themes/igv2/modules/history/images/ig-screenshot.jpg ) Seems like a Identity theft page

Unterirdischer Kundenservice Hab wegen der vielen guten Bewertungen eine 50€ PSN Karte bestellt und bin bitter enttäuscht worden. Nachdem ich mich über Gmail angemeldet und 50€ per Klarna überwiesen habe kam die Nachricht, das die offene Zahlung geprüft werden und ich ein Foto von meinen Personalausweis machen soll. Als ich nachgefragt hab ob dafür nicht Klarna zuständig ist und ich gestern erst eine PSN Karte bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt hab wurde mir mitgeteilt das meine Bestellung storniert wird da ich mich nicht ausgewiesen hab. Daraufhin hab ich angeboten mich auszuweisen und gesagt das ich nicht zufrieden bin als Betrüger hingestellt zu werden. Es kam die Antwort das die Bestellung storniert ist und schöne Grüße. Noch nie im Leben so einen unterirdischen Kundenservice gesehen hoffe ich konnte jemandem die Erfahrung ersparen..
