Innsbrook has employed a brain-dead dipstick who chases the elk onto the highway. Stupid is fine but this idiot is creating dangerous situations for both us and the wildlife living in the area. He needs to be run completely out of town, not just fired.

Rented a town home #60 for the Christmas week and it did not disappoint. Our rental had everything we needed for a home away from home. Location is near Albertsons for food, downtown, and other event locations. They have a golf course on location. Highly recommend.

The weather was wonderful & the outside of the property is beautiful. The unit #214F is outdated & the carpet is full of big stains, especially in the living room. The couches are very dirty as well,you open the Recliners and inches of dust, so definitely a problem if your dealing with allergies. It's also not a very child friendly unit due to the there being nothing extra in the unit, no books, games or anything. The bedding is also outdated & the pillows are yellow and dirty.

Went to visit my sister who resides there and she invited my husband and I to the pool which you are allowed to do. We were all there hanging out and eating. I was breastfeeding my infant when my sister noticed a creepy old lady was clearly recording us from the door. I quickly yelled out that she doesn't have my permission to record me and she just walked away. My sister recognized her as the manager. I was shocked, Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from the management there at Innsbrook. VERY DISAPPOINTED and I hope something gets done about this. Do not take your kids to the pool area, I felt uncomfortable after that happened.

Not worth the money We stayed in Condo 230 & I think housekeeping skipped putting clean sheets on the beds on the 3rd floor, as one of the twin beds had a used bandaid in it & the King bed did not have clean sheets, so we had to do laundry before going to bed. There also was a hole in back of the bathtub. There was a big pile of hair in the floor next to one of the queen beds on the 2nd floor. The one good thing was that the neighbors were really nice. The pool was nice but we couldn't enjoy ourselves for being chastised by the maintenance people for having swim races form one end of the pool to the other & throwing a small ball around. It wasn't suppose to close until 8 pm, but at 7 pm they started putting all the chairs up & telling us we couldn't jump in the 9 ft pool. No one was trying to dive in or be rambunctious. Will not be staying at this place again.

Such a beautiful place to stay. You have many condos to choose from and the ladies in the office are great. Beautiful views and a great restaurant that's located close to the tennis courts.

Had family reunion there. The place we stayed was SUPER outdated.....furnished and decorated with 1980's rejects from Goodwill. Place was falling apart, too. Caution tape on the balconies, handles falling off furniture, appliances were falling apart, furniture and carpet had stains. The golf course was pretty....NOT worth the money, way overpriced considering how "ick" and shabby the place was.

Accommodating Host Host sent instructions for entry to condo via text message, texted back our request for down stair unit and was graciously moved to another unit. Condo was well furnished, clean and fully equipped. Par three golf course was in great shape even though it had been recently aerated. Overall wonderful experience.
