I have just completed my second three months of assisted meditation with Innergy Corporate Yoga, and my instructor Mo-Han. Excellent results again. I am so pleased with my progress and better understanding of my Meditation practice. I now look forward to my daily unwind, and relaxation. Great instructor and great organization, very professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you Innergy Corp Yoga and especially thank you to Mo-Han, my fabulous instructor.

I have been in chronic pain for a few years now, due to back related issues. I decide it was time for change and signed up for yoga classes. This past few months of yoga, under Janaki’s influence, the strength that I have gained is life changing! I have more stamina and core/back muscles to do activities with my kids that I wasn’t able to do, or was, but dealt with a lot of pain during and after. Things like going for a bike ride, kayaking, frisbee, a long walk… I now do these activities with significantly less pain. Thanks to Janaki for affecting my life in such a positive way.

Recently I decided that my meditation sessions needed some assistance. I have been meditating for about a year and a half, using various audio guidance resources. I connected with Innergy Corporate Yoga and tried a 3 month package of guided meditation. I cannot express enough how much the guidance from my instructor, Mo Han, has helped. I used to struggle a bit with maintaining focus but I have gone from 10 minutes to 30 minutes in most of my meditation sessions and find my calmness and focus benefitting greatly. My instructor is connected to my needs and has a great way of adding to all the benefits meditation has to offer. I highly recommend Innergy to anyone wishing to get more from their meditation.

I have worked with Innergy Corporate Yoga for over 2 years now, and they are nothing but supportive, helpful, creative, and most of all super nice! I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to collaborate with a group of passionate and likeminded individuals. The biggest bonus as well, is how responsive they are to my inquiries and plan every step of the way when it comes to events that I need to coordinate.... and I can't thank them enough with all their help through the pandemic! It has been so wonderful having weekly virtual yoga sessions with Innergy Corporate Yoga. Celia has been great leading our yoga sessions, she is so helpful and always provides alternatives to different poses for everyone at all levels.I always feel much more relaxed and ready to take on the day after our sessions. The sessions are a great mid-day break. We have received lots of positive feedback from employees. Celia & Lynn are always so helpful and responsive.

Our company has been using Innergy for awhile during the pandemic for all our virtual fitness needs. They've been a great company to work with, always very responsive when there are issues, and they have great fitness instructors. We've used them for Yoga, HIIT, Pilates and even Laughter Yoga classes.

We've been working with Innergy Corporate Yoga for months. Lynn was phenominal in putting together a package that suited the needs of our small company. Our weekly instructor, Kristen is extrememly friendly, knowledable, and accomodating; everyone enjoys our mid-day yoga session. The group at Innergy supported the introduction and implementation of our yoga program and has provided ongoing support for engagement. We intend to continue with Innergy to support the wellbeing of our team.

I have been doing yoga with Janaki for about 9 weeks now. She is a great instructor. She keeps the environment light, is very motivating and patient. I really like how she explains the postures slowly and also mentions the benefits of each one. First few weeks I was sore as I hadn’t exercised in awhile, but it felt really good getting back in to it. She’s highly recommended. My favourite part of her explaining the postures is her explanations on when to breathe. Breathing has forever been a struggle of mine in any exercise. But with her guidance, there are many postures that I used to struggle to do that I can now do much better. There's a long way to go still lol After the current session is done, I am looking forward to the next session with her as well.

Abbott is so happy with Innergy's Corporate Yoga! We have been doing corporate yoga as a group for quite some time and only recently switched over to Innergy on a virtual level. Katie has been so much fun ! She is very good at providing challenge levels no matter where any of us are in our Yoga Practices. She has been quite accommodating and the group who participate are enjoying the return to regularly scheduled events and all the benefits that a weekly yoga session brings!

I've been taking private yoga sessions from Lauren for about 6 months now or so. I've really grown in my yoga practice because of it. Lauren is really good at tailoring each session to meet my needs, and I'm glad that she comes to my house rather than me going to a studio, especially right now. She has a very positive attitude and is good at getting me motivated in my yoga and exercise practice. Thank you Lauren for everything that you do!
