Best removal and storage service - 3rd time using.
3rd time using Inline and once again we couldn't be happier. Great comms with Terry, Carmel and Lisa, and the guys that did the move were super friendly, polite, careful and fast. No swearing, shouting or unpleasantness that you often see, just a hardworking decent team.
This time we also used their storage services, which was far cheaper than Big Yellow Storage, so I'd also recommend this instead of a 3rd party storage unit.

Highly recommended
Great experience with the Inline team. They collected our belongings, kept them in storage and delivered eight weeks later (both in the same postcode). The team were unfazed by the challenge, quick, and particularly impressive when it came to taking apart and reassembling flat pack furniture that we weren't confident would go back together!

Excellent Service
We moved from Islington to Weymouth last week (our 2nd move with this company) and the service we received from Inline was yet again excellent, from the site survey through the pre move packing service until they placed the last piece of furniture into our new home was faultless. I will most definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

Used their moving &packing service and that was horrible! AVOID this moving company at all costs—an absolute disaster.
1. Supervisor Terry came for an on-site assessment but underestimated the truck size and manpower needed. Since they couldn’t make last-minute adjustments, we were left waiting in frustration.
2. We clearly informed them that the house had to be cleared by 2 PM on completion day and they promised to complete the job by 2 PM, but due to insufficient manpower and trucks, they only finished at 4:30 PM.
3. Their after-sales service is terrible. The moving process was extremely stressful, and after I sent a complaint email, customer service promised to follow up but never did.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Our experienced move team, with extensive experience at Inline Removals, found no issues during the first day of packing but did discover extra items on the second day that were not included in the original plan; they promptly notified both you and our office. Lisa, who has been mentioned in previous reviews, reached out to confirm that additional resources would be necessary to accommodate the extra items, and we arranged for additional manpower and a vehicle to assist you at no extra cost, allowing your move to proceed smoothly.

I could not have chosen a better firm for my move. I felt the price was reasonable and found the service to be more than I could have wished for. Stress free with people who were nice to have around. Efficient ,polite and thoughtful the team worked seamlessly to pack and move my house up ahead of the agreed time and whilst still keeping a sense of humour. Excellent. I am very happy to recommend them.

Phenomenal Removals
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Inline removals, for the service provided on 29th November. The chaps sent were an absolute credit to the business and made the move that much easier. I would highly recommend Inline removals to anyone and would happily have you move me again… (hopefully not too soon!) Please extend my thanks to the gents that attended and assisted with the move. Inline removals were highly accommodating to my move date as this changed several times over the course of a few weeks, and Terry and his team moved heaven and earth to ensure this happened, so I cannot thank them enough.

Would highly recommend

Fantastic team, would highly recommend for a stress-free move
The Inline team were beyond fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough, they were so kind, efficient and just wonderful to work with. Terry did our quote and was so reassuring and responsive. Brian and the team went beyond the call to move our things carefully and diligently, they even helped us out with a few unrelated things we were struggling with on the day of the move. Lisa sorted a load of things like parking suspensions, looked after all of our indoor and outdoor plants whilst in storage (they looked better than when we sent them!) and again really kindly helped me solve another move issue I was having (she really didn’t have to), taking a lot of stress away from me. Thank you all so much.

Moving Day Made Easy
I found InLine Removals through the BAR website, and I can’t fault them. Moving house is notoriously stressful, so I was searching for a reliable company that could deliver on their promises without adding to the pressure—and that’s exactly what InLine Removals did. They made everything easy.
From the start, they were quick to respond to my initial email. Terry came over for a home visit to provide a detailed quote, which aligned with their initial online estimate. Everything was clearly explained, and their communication throughout was fantastic.
On moving day, the team was friendly and helpful. Even when we were delayed getting the keys, they waited with us without complaint. I would highly recommend InLine Removals.

Recommended to friends
Lisa, Terry and the team were very patient and helpful throughout the process. We were moving out of our family home of many years, downsizing and dealing with high emotions and too much stuff (which we did pare down pre-move) and Inline answered all our questions promptly, adjusted our booking as we changed details, and on the day, the team were exceptionally cheerful and efficient. They are obviously experts, they make sure they give you the correct quote, are fully insured, and I have recommended them to all my friends who are moving house.

From first contact, Inline excelled in every respect. Arranging the initial survey was easy and happened within days. Terry and Lisa dealt with all queries, openly and honestly, prior to the move.
