Best Removal Company
Inline Removals were recommended to me by a work colleague who could not speak highly enough of them. I moved from East London to the Isle of Wight in May. This was a 3 day job. The team came to the house I was selling the day before completion to pack up my house and they were brilliant. They returned on day 2 to finish packing before leaving to drive the 2 lorries to the IOW. Day 3 was unloading the lorries with my 140 boxes plus furniture, all labelled clearly so we knew where everything had to go. They made (what could be a very stressful experience) very smooth and efficient. I unreservedly recommend this family company to anyone, whether you move to and from a short distance or to a long one as I did. The men, the office and all were fantastic!! Thank you!!

In-line Removals - moving house experience
We were recommended to Terry & his team by a friend & we found them to be the most helpful, reliable and thoughtful guys ever!
Ours was a complicated move as we were moving in 2 stages including moving my elderly Mum in with us after losing her husband. They were so supportive and understanding of her situation which made such a difference.

House move
Highly recommend in line removals was recommended by a friend so we trusted her and went with them..very professional from start to finish..we had 4 guys arrive on the day of the move they never stopped unless I made them a drink…protective laying was used to protect both properties which was amazing I also went with the wardrobe boxes to store my clothes what a fantastic idea as at the other end we had none so we have kept them to store our clothes …they were on time and stayed and waited patiently until we had the keys highly recommend bru professional and well worth the cost which was reasonable…

The service from start to finish was excellent with our house move.

Excellent service
Inline moved my possessions into their storage facility and stored everything for three months, including my indoor pot plants and even large outdoor plants. They then moved me into my new home when it was ready. The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their wonderful service. From the initial quotation and communications with Terry and Lisa, to the actual move days with Brian and his team, the service was friendly and efficient. My pot plants all arrived safely and had been well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Inline's services. They made may move as stress free as possible.

Seventh move and they get better each time
This was the sixth or seventh time I have used Inline to move house. This was a slightly complicated move as furniture coming from a rental and a storage facility. As ever Tony and the team were delightful to have around. Always cheerful and always managing to get large pieces of furniture up stairs and in doorways which looked far to small without even touching the sides. I have used others in the past but the service has never been a match for inline. Sadly this is the last move I am doing but if you want a really careful, considerate and cheerful team to help you move then contact In Line.

Moving & Storage Superstars.
I am writing on behalf of a large Developing Housing Association. Terry and the team at Inline have been nothing but superb helping us move residents in & out of accommodation whilst we carried various remedial works to the homes as required.
They also offered a storage service which has been fantastic and a great resource for us as often the moving in and out is fairly short term and a better solution than bringing all furniture along at move in/move out.
The team did such a fantastic job that we have appointed them to assist on further projects since.
In reference to Ali B's review on 22nd of December below, I believe there to be a fundamental misunderstanding here & would like to absolve responsibility from Inline removals as this was a more complex case, where various other removals companies had been involved previously prior to us appointing Inline removals more permanently. Essentially, the furniture which was understood to be stored by Inline was actually stored by another provider. I am currently actively attempting to contact Ali B to resolve directly, hopefully once resolved we will both be back to update our reviews.

Avoid. Charged me for storing someone else's belongings and when the error was discovered refused to refund my money despite repeated requests. I also note the aggressive response to negative user experiences on Trust Pilot - I'm sure I'll get the same.

Your storage items were collected as part of a decant project instructed by our client, who signed the necessary documents and the storage inventory form that listed and confirmed the items we collected.. We provided a competitive storage quotation when the contractual obligation ended, which you accepted. However, upon the re-delivery of your storage goods, you informed us that the collected items were not yours. We want to clarify that as a trusted contractor, we relied on our client's instructions without questioning or validating the ownership. If any error occurred, it was on our client's part, not Inline Removals'. Regarding the storage charges, it's important to note that we only charged you for 16 weeks out of the 23 weeks from February to July, resulting in a savings of £100.80. Additionally, we re-delivered your goods free of charge, saving you £336.00. In your email, you mentioned different items that were allegedly collected by another mover in 2018 and confirmed as lost. Any questions or queries you had were promptly answered and accompanied by relevant documents. We appreciate your feedback and take complaints seriously, always working towards a quick and successful resolution. Inline Removals remains committed to providing excellent customer service, as outlined in our Customer Satisfaction Policy. Great service - very happy with Inline!
Brian, Tony, Adrian, Simon, Jay and Mo were a fantastic team over a three day period of packing up, loading and unpacking. They were cheerful and courteous at all times even with a very late completion and this unpack. Back at base Terry and Lisa also provided excellent service. They were not the cheapest quote I got by any stretch of the imagination but I trusted them to do a professional job - and they did. Everything packed properly, and unloaded accurately. Thank you for making this bit less stressful at what is a stressful time.

Excellent service
I had an awkward move out of a 3rd floor flat (lots of stairs) into storage and a house half way across the country on a couple of hot days. They guys couldn't have been nicer and more professional. I was on my own and nothing to much trouble and they remained careful, cheerful and relaxed through the whole process. They made what could have been a fraught process seem easy. Would recommend.
