They charged me $49 for a deluxe car wash. This was supposed to include the wheels being washed and towel drying. They didn't do any of these things. All they did was move the dirt over the car. I had to re wash it by hand once I got home. These guys are an absolute SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Seriously the worst experience ever. I’m standing where they wash the cars and notice he’s using a broom stick head instead of a cloth. Thankfully I noticed quick but sadly the result was half the car was scratched.’ They did polish after I’d complained but this is just pathetic and should not happen. I begin to wonder how many cars they’ve scratched with people not realizing.

Don’t ever use these guys warning the reviews must all be bought on this was told I was being given a steam clean and got an absolute terrible job on my seats even left marks that could have been cleaned there was charged an arm and a leg for the work kindly save your money, time and go elsewhere

2/5 - Great clean, disappointing handling of damage I picked up our Delica after a mini detail and the clean itself was excellent. The interior came up really well and I'd have no complaints about the quality of the work. Unfortunately, when I collected the van I noticed the driver's side A/C vent grille had been damaged. It was not damaged when we dropped the car off. When I raised it, staff said the car came in that way, and then suggested my wife had damaged it at drop-off. I called her on the spot and she confirmed what I already knew: it was intact when she left it. They have since agreed to cover the repair invoice. What disappointed me was the initial response. Accidents happen, especially working in tight spaces around a dash. If they'd simply acknowledged it upfront, I'd have walked away happy and been writing a five-star review. Good work, but I'd encourage the team to own mistakes when they happen. It would make all the difference.

Supported these guys for sometime. I’m disappointed as I paid $150 for a premium car clean inside and out, only to have to find the mats were not vacuumed, finger prints on the windscreen, dust on the rear panel, and had to ask the guys to come and do a few spot cleans. After asking once I wasn’t going to ask another time, as the guy who came and cleaned the spots seemed to make more marks…won’t be returning. They weren’t even busy…

Paid $28 for a car wash for small car. Used the Chesterville Rd Moorabbin outlet. Looked okay in the sunlight when I left the car wash. But on checking in the shade when I got home I realised there was still road grime. Spent nearly half an hour with a damp soft cloth cleaning the road grime they missed. Give this mob a miss. I can do a better job myself. Waste of money.
