Infinite Roofing was great in repairing the damage to our roof, fence, windows and garage doors from the March 2024 hail storm. James White, our proejct manager was very professsional, timely with explanations of what was going on, when repairs would begin. His communication went above and beyond what we expected. I would highly recommend Infinite Roofing.

Infinite Roofing took care of our hail-damaged roof, from the insurance communication to the solar cells, in the list professional way. The crew was the best, professional, nice, and left everything clean with no damage to plants or exterior of the house. I highly recommend the company. We won’t ever use anyone else after this great experience.

I would never do business with this company again....they're workmanship was ok and would fix issues but ONLY if you identified them and made them fix them... then had several subcontractors they hired to do aspects of the job and never track or managed when someone was coming to do the work and NEVER checked on the quality of work the subcontractor preformed. Which highlights my point that you HAVE to inspect ALL the work after this company finishes. They're customer service was horrible, one rep would say one thing and another would say something else, just an overall lack of organization within the company. They said it would take 1 day to remove and replace my solar panels and it took almost two weeks, then they said they would compensate me for the cost of my utilities, THAT NEVER happened...plus they were supposed to fix a water hose spigot, but that never happened either...
If you want to be your own general contractor and thoroughly inspect every aspect of the work this company performs, then you picked a good option, but if you want a company that you can trust to address you issue's and not try to cheat you, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Would not recommend. They ignore local ordinances and laws regarding solicitation on private property. Always fun to come hope with business cards from Jaden Perry shoved into the crack of your door even with a no solicitation sign. Have to wonder what other laws they ignore. Hopefully this review will make them consider following the law on solicitations.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Infinite Roofing. The complete process has been relatively painless and smooth. The work on the roof was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied with the job that was done on the roof. The yard surrounding the house was very well cleaned up after the project was completed. If there have been any issues come up the staff in the office have been wonderful to work with. I must give a shout out to Ethan for being very knowledgeable in answering any questions I may have had or dealing with anything that needed to be seen about. I highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.
Dante Hogan with Infinite Roofing is amazing! After a tree fell on my house and knocked my fence over, I was worried about the insurance process and cost. Dante made the process smooth and explained everything thoroughly. He was always quick to respond to my texts and phone calls. He’s very polite and easy to work with. I will definitely use Dante and Infinite Roofing again.

Our project manager James White was fabulous. He kept us well informed about the agenda. We were told in advance what time which people would be arriving and what part of the project they would be doing. James was always available for any questions. I would recommend him & infinity in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a new roof.
