Absolutely Excellent service. We are first time buyers and the thought of getting our home felt so daunting due to lack of knowledge on all that goes on. From the moment we enquired about just viewing our home we were put at ease on the entire process. Any questions we had (even the stupid ones!) were answered completely and judgment free. Indigo even put us in touch with our solicitor which made the process even more seamless. I couldn’t recommend them enough, I’ve always heard that buying a house is the most stressful thing you’ll ever go through but I can wholeheartedly say this was not the case for us because of the team at Indigo. Scott provides an excellent in-depth service and is very knowledgable in what he does. As a first time re-mortgager I had a lot of questions and misconceptions about the process but Scott handled it very professionally and thorough to ensure I was getting the best deal for my and my circumstances. It was also during a time that he waived the mortgage fee for NHS workers which made such a difference and was very much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future when buying another property.

Scott was extremely helpful setting up my first mortgage in spite of my difficult work situation. He was able to answer all my questions and ensured I got the best deal. I've recently renewed my mortgage with him and again the service was excellent.

My partner and I worked closely with Scott McIlwraith over a few years as we were planning to live out in 2020 but then COVID hit. Scott continued to keep us updated during our journey and messaged with any changes to markets etc. We were successful in securing a house in October and will be moving in soon. Scott again worked with us to sort out the mortgage and best rates tailored to our needs as well as helping sort out our life insurance. He was available when needed, even helped on days off. Me and my partner were reccomended to scott by a family member who had previously delt with him and was very impressd by the service scott had provided. We first spoke to scott on the 1st september 2023 and he walked us through the full process of what was involved and what he was able to help us with as we previously delt with another mortgage advisor and they left us very confused and never really knew where we stood, scott was quick to get this back on track and make this process as quickly and stress free as possible, he was always there to answer any questions we had.
