Love my job Pros:Working at Indeed has been an amazing experience for many reasons, but the work-life balance is unmatched. The fully remote setup allows me flexibility in my day while still feeling connected and productive. It’s refreshing to work for a company that values employees’ well-being just as much as their contributions. The culture here is supportive and collaborative, even in a remote environment. Leadership genuinely listens to feedback, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and improve your skills. What I love most is Indeed's client-focused and innovative approach. The company constantly strives to improve the experience for job seekers and employers alike, and it feels rewarding to play a part in that. If you’re looking for a place that values your time, growth, and ideas, Indeed is a fantastic place to work! Cons:Working entirely remotely is fantastic, but it does present challenges when it comes to networking and expanding collaboration opportunities. I wish there were more chances to travel to our offices and connect with peers in person to strengthen those collaborative relationships.

worst place to work Pros:health benefits, and most clients need to meet with you to post their jobs, so it isn't hard to get meetings. Cons:Products always changing, quotas are aggressive, and the majority of the managers are not experience to manage a sales team and don't know what they are doing. Most use fear tactics to attempt to motivate their sales teams. Advice to Management:Sincerely care and try to help the sales people on your team.

hypocrisy driven company Pros:Great benefits and work life balance Cons:For an HR oriented company, Indeed allows bullying and discrimination. They also use the PIP layoff strategy. This means they instruct managers to put a certain % of the employees on a personal improvement plan (PIP) in the hopes that many of the employees put on a PIP will quit, reducing the number of people they will have to layoff with decent severance packages. Shameless management strategy by a company that ought to do better. Don’t look at Indeed as a place you can build a career on. My advice is to use them as a 12-24 month stepping stone on your way to a better company then Indeed. Advice to Management:Your employees are at will. Stop jerking around hard working employees by putting them on PIPs in the hope they quit. Just do the right thing and do a layoff with decent severance packages. Anything less will continue to destroy your reputation.
