Not recommended I bought blinds from their online shop https://onlineblindsexpress.co.uk. Order includes 3 units of day and night blinds. Valued close to £440. All blinds have defects with cuts and wrinkles. Sent photos to seller and requested for refund. No response for more than 2 weeks after multiple emails and calls. Finally got a response saying they check quality before shipping and my fault i have misused. Point is there i made no attempts to install at all. Did not understand the finger pointing and service handling.i ask struck with now defective blinds. Will not recommend

Not impressed I was quoted £250 for perfect fit blinds for 2 extremely small stair windows. This is a lot of money for 2 small windows. The fitter came to measure up and 2 weeks later on install day, the blinds prevented the windows from opening so they had been measured incorrectly. When they were eventually fitted several weeks later, one of the turning sticks for the blind was missing. I asked for a good will gesture to be discounted from the balance due, due to the poor experience and inconvenience; this was refused. All this means is you have lost a loyal customer and I will be telling others not to bother with your firm. I have other windows wanting new blinds but I will be going elsewhere. Not good customer service.

Got what I wanted. Very helpful salesman arrived on time to measure up. 7th September 2022. Fitter arrived as arranged the week following and on time today 14 September. Great to watch fitter work so skilfully doing all nine windows and patio door in a trice.

Fantastic service, Tabba was great, he kept me informed at all stages on my order, very quick service, from quote to fitting only 7 days, very reasonably priced. Tabba came and fitted the blinds, he was professional, very tidy at installing and cleaned up after himself, he gave me many choices and price ranges. The blinds look fantastic and very good value for money. I would definitely use Impress Blinds again and recommend you as you products, pricing, professionalism and service is fantastic. Very refreshing to do business with a company which values its customers and listens to the customers needs and have such great staff.
