Beware of this company. They are crooks. I was quoted a price of $400. The movers did not arrived on time and then took more than was told to take. Imperial also tried to charge me double than what I was quoted. After a long back and forth, it was stated that my total would $547. When I looked at my invoice yesterday, the deposit was not deducted. I was then told that the $50 would be returned to my card. Then next thing I know, I get a new invoice which shows the wrong amount again and the so called dispatch manager tried to say that my original price was over $600 and with the $50 deposit being deducted brings the total to the $547. That is 100% incorrect. They still did what they wanted to do to take my money. A bunch of CROOKS! It's not the $50 that upsets me, it's the principle behind it all and how this company rips people off and charge you more than what was stated and quoted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They have good customer service to get your deposit, but when the actually move is done, they come up with false claims to charge you double to triple the price. Not good business at all.

I had a terrible experience with this company. After a four-hour delay, the movers told me they needed to “go through my items” because they were supposedly transferring everything to another truck. That transfer never happened — the same truck stayed. After the move, I discovered that my designer belt was missing. I reached out to the company, but I received no real help or accountability. This experience was unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would have otherwise given them 5 stars had it not been for hidden fees. I was initially quoted $450 to unload my truck( I had my own U-haul) for s studio. But we agreed on $350. A $50 deposit is needed which is understandable. The two men who unloaded the truck were freaking phenomenal and very fast. They were very skilled and practical how they worked together. However, my issue is with the hidden fees. I ended up paying $450 anyway because of "toll fees" and "taxes", and there is a $9 fee when using the square reader for credit cards. Unfortunately, I had only budgeted for what the price I was given. Will I use them again, ABSOLUTELY. Their work and services are impeccable. I will definitely use them again. But will be better planned and have cash set aside for the extra fees that's all. I strongly recommend Imperial for sure nonetheless. *UPDATED* review. Imperial moved me again in August, and those two men were like robots! They were extremely fast and efficient. Their pricing is also very economical. I highly recommend them, and will continue utilizing their services when needed.

Just had them move my workshop locations. Had a bunch of industrial shelving units with storage bins, loose gear and items. Work benches and some equipment racks. The movers (the lead was Sergio) were early, and said if I’m ready they can start, or they can wait until the scheduled start time - whatever works for me. They packed everything super diligently, and also took apart the shelving units for me so I can put them back together in the new location. They even wrapped my road cases in plastic to protect them, even though they regularly get beaten up on jobs - which I thought was amusing). During the move, another tenant of the building needed the truck to move so they can roll their car into their space. Sergio obliged with no issue, went around the block and pulled back in. All and all, it was quicker than I expected it to be. And the people were super gracious. 5/5 for me.

Let me start by saying THANK YOU!! Mario, Christian, Anthony... everyone involved in my move! Myself and my mother had to move out of a three story brownstone into a three bedroom and when I tell you this company pretty much saved our lives I mean it. Not only did they handle our move with such care and consideration but they were so good we hired them again to move our storage boxes. Both times they were so patient with us and went above and beyond with making sure all of our needs were met. I am very grateful, Mario is truly the best and his employees are just as amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a big/small/medium/ANY kind of move. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times!

Wow so many bad reviews about this moving company but I honestly had a great experience with them . Communication between me and Kevin was great he kept me up to date with the arrival time of the crew and when they showed up they got right to work . The lead Teufik was amazing he handled everything with care and was very polite . Him and his crew worked together to make sure all of my items were packed and stored safely. I hope these guys are available to come back when it’s time to retrieve my things from storage .

Me and my wife called and got a flat rate of 1100 s/o to Mario because he was very helpful but the workers he sent tried to charge us and extra 500 they were supposed to take our tvs off the wall but didn’t have the tools so my father had to do it himself. How yall want extra money but couldn’t get the job done smh

Piled my belongings in boxes and dumped them onto my floor in my new apartment, breaking glass items I had. Never offered a refund or an apology. They were also an hour early, and called me rushing me when the time arranged was an hour later and I was coming back from work. They rushed me through the whole thing and did not show any concern or care for my things. Please be cautious when hiring this company.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Work with quite a lot of moving/storage companies and these have to be the worst I've experienced. I have used these guys multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time i've had some sort of issue. They lost some of my stuff before one time, they brought be someone else's fridge and aircondlting unit another time (feel sorry for whoever is expecting that fridge and aircon unit). Another time my table turned up really scratched and we had to spend 5 hours fixing it out of pocket. And now the final time, they turn up 3 hour late while i've got works here that arrived on time that i'm paying for - give me $50 discount and after I wanted to make sure its all there and there we no problems - driver started getting angry and pushing all my stuff back on the truck saying it wasn't his problem. Outrageous all round and wouldn't go near them again
