I had a fabulous signature pedicure at Iluvo, which is in a good location in the new Ram Quarter in Wandsworth. It’s a really lovely salon - very clean and the staff were all friendly and attentive. I will definitely go again and would recommend.
PS it’s nearly two weeks since I went and my pedicure still looks great.

Went in for a manicure and Pedicure, left more than disappointed. The technician repeatedly cut into my toe nail skin and left my toes bleeding on multiple occasions. One time the cut me jump and say “ow” and the technician laughed. Moved onto acrylic nails and they were the worst thing I’ve ever seen, could safely say this technician hadn’t done this many times before, if at all. Asked for them to be removed then and there. Unhygienic place, the woman kept coughing whilst doing my nails and didn’t use any sort of UV light to sterilise the tools after the pedicure. Wouldn’t recommend or return, sticking with Lady J in Wandsworth town instead.

Having discussed the issue with your technician, she explained to us that she was attempting to resolve a problem with an ingrowing toe nail. However we appreciate that she should have clearly explained this to you.
We therefore want to express our deepest apologies. We hope that your toe nail will feel better in the next 24 hours now that the ingrowning toe nail has been cleaned up.
We are also sorry you weren’t pleased with nail tip and shape. The technician that was helping you is very experienced and frequently receives positive feedback, so it is unfortunate that you didn’t like her work.
With regards to hygiene, we always ensure we adhere to the highest standards, as this is extremely important in our industry. We ensure we have top quality cleaning and disinfecting equipment. All our tools have been disinfected by autoclave as well as barbicide between each client. If you would like to know more about our hygiene procedures we are happy to share any information that would set your mind at ease.
We hope you are now feeling a little less stressed and that you managed to enjoy the rest of your day. As much as we appreciate you might not be returning to our salon, we are always happy to see you back if you decide to do so.

Absolutely amazing customer service and well versed and extremely skilled and knowledgeable staff. Went for Laser Carbon Peeling and Laser Skin Rejuvenation. Also had the iLuvo Signature Facial and iLuvo Prestige Skin Rejuvenation and Laser Hair Removal for the Back and Shoulders using Soprano ICE Platinum. By far the best Laser Hair Removal Service that you can have. The equipment is super high tech, really outperforms all the cheaper units that most other salons use. See results after just a few sessions and completed treatment in less than six sessions overall. Completely painless, just a slight tingling and occasional pinch feeling at times. Really does work as well as its reputation, completely understand now why Soprano ICE Platinum has won so many awards and is world-renowned for its performance and efficiency. Would normally have to have more than 12 sessions of laser hair removal when I've been to other salons using the machines that cost £60,000 less than Soprano ICE.
