I'm not sure why this post office has such bad reviews. It's definitely not because of a dear lady named Ana who I've dealt with 2 times and has gone above and beyond to help me. Camilla is also another very polite and respectful employee there. Thank you ladies for all you help. If only more people took the time to share kind words and experiences this world would be a little nicer
El personal de este lugar tiene un trato horrible , hoy fui y tuve una muy mala experiencia con ellos yo tenía que hacer un trámite pero era mi primera vez y no sabía ellos no me ayudaron ni explicaron nada al contrario mientras yo estaba preguntando ellos me ignoraron y siguieron atendiendo a otras personas todo con mala gana , en fin no vuelvo a este lugar no deberían trabajar personas así en ningún lugar
Recientemente me he movido a esta área de la hewitt ave y lo que reparte los correos desde agosto todo el tiempo mi correspondencia llega abierta o no llega tengo el servicio de mira todo lo que va a llega a mi buzón 📪 con fotos y fechas de cuando llegara y nunca aparece no se cual es el beneficio que tiene los que se hace esta área de desaparece o leen la correspondencia de alguien cuando saber que eso es un delito
Our mail carrier is efficient and does an excellent job in our building. We have 94 apartments. Thank you very much United States Postal Service.
Horrible service. Tried renewing passports and had to wait for an hour when the lady told us to wait 5 mins and didn’t come back. Turns out she left the office. Then another lady came and got angry and started yelling because we tried expressing our concerns to them about the passports she fumed and got all mad when we tried to explain. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Never coming here again.
ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH THE CARRIER! Can’t ever deliver the mail or packages on time! Tired of our mail being delivered to the wrong place or kept as “undeliverable” bc they are too lazy to walk it over. Times must be tough and good workers must be slim pickins! Bc the carriers at just getting by worse. And the saddest part, this branch couldn’t care less!
las personas que trabajan ahí no son amables,el servicio de entrega no es bueno muy irresponsables dejan las cartas en cualquier buzón, deberían de tener más cuidado porque a veces esperamos papeles importantes,como un social o papeles de immigration y se pierden. Mi social security nunca me llegó se Perdió.
Kind service. There was a line but it’s the week before Christmas so I don’t hold that against them. I used the machine to mail a package and they helped when i had a question.
