Bad job, don’t stand behind their work We had a cracked cracked windshield. After they replaced it, they put the new one crooked. Flush on one side and 1/4 gap on the other. After less than a day the sealing was coming off. I took it to them and they refused to fix it, said it was “sun damage”. Within 24 hours?! I went to a professional auto glass store and they said it was safe being sideways and the sealing would be ok although it “looks like crap”. I can’t afford to have someone replace it because of cosmetics.

I was very impressed with the service I received from this company by both the installer who came to replace the windshield and then the technician who came to recalibrate the lane departure assist feature. His name was Levon order 6737. Great job! If I ever need this type of assistance again I know who to call

My guy that recalibrated my vehicle was great! He was and quick. He was less than 20min. He was also easy to talk to. His name was Levon. Only thing that's going on that I noticed after the fact of driving it that now my lane departure sensor is not turning on or sensing that my vehicle is a lane. Other than that, he was great!

Ideal Auto glass reached out to me the same day as I called the insurance company and set up an appointment for my windshield to be replaced the day after. Jorge was the technician. He reached out to me before the appointment to confirm. He was waiting at the address when I arrived. He was pleasant and professional. Super nice guy. It didn’t take him long to install the windshield at all. When the job was complete, he parked my car in my spot and brought the keys to me. He explained what I could and could not do as far as the windshield was concerned and the warranty. Great customer service interaction. I would recommend Ideal Auto Glass to any one needing this type of service. Especially if all the technicians are as good as Jorge.
