It was in Interesting and Inspiring session on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Basic Practitioner training by Ms Anupama Misra. Spanned across 10 days, each day was fully value packed. It was very experiential and opened up a different perspective than we presume what we are. Ms Anupama is very knowledgeable in the subject and was very particular that the participants understand the topics and involve well in the process. Overall it was a very satisfactory session and I would recommend this training to anyone who wishes to take it and put NLP into practice in their Life.

I always use to think that NLP is a very complex subject and not relevant for a marketer like me ...till the time I met Mrs. Anupama Mishra of The Core Alignment and attended her NLP Practitioner Program Level 1. In her 10 days program , Anupama made each session very interesting and vibrant with real life examples and stories followed by some resourceful activities. The course covers 14 NLP techniques and some to mention are Rapport Building , Handling Criticism, Influence , Getting rid of past baggages and Anchoring. It's a well planned program with lots of experiential learnings in a friendly atmosphere . Ofcourse supported with lots of notes, pots , ebooks and recordings of each session for references. Anupama is one of the finest trainers I came across and I recommend her NLP practitioner program for everyone to overcome their limiting beliefs and explore new opportunities in life.
