Technician wasn’t able to answer any of the questions I asked about the repairs. Nor was he able when asked about pricing.
Lack of confidence and high prices tells me this isn’t the company for me.
Train your people better.
Saying “the price is the price” without being able to say what’s labor and what’s parts isn’t a valid reason. If I’m paying 4k to replace a fan, I’ll give my money to someone else who can communicate clearly.
Will never contact this company again.

I found IAQ responsive and quick to schedule my service. Our tech, Oscar, was skilled, timely, and explained in detail why the repair was needed and the steps he would take along the way to fix the issue. The labor cost was high, but 1) in my experience, everything related to HVAC is costly and 2) the responsive and friendly customer service - especially compared to the company I used to use - was a big plus. Will use the company again.

Indoor Air Quality Medics scheduled my visit for July 15, 2024, between 10 am and 12 pm. I had other engagement after 12 PM. At 11:30 AM I called to have an update, I had to know if the tech was on schedule. The operator told me the dispatcher would call. The call never came. The tech arrived after 1 PM. I had to rush out to come home. I expected alert if there was a problem, and the tech was behind schedule.

I appreciated the fact that AIQ was able to send someone out to my house relatively quickly. Oscar was polite and considerate about covering his shoes whenever he was in the house. He identified the problem and fixed it, and was very accommodating.
