Save your money!! Their service was double the quote of Mitsubishi-certified companies to install a 2-indoor handler mini-split heat pump unit. They quoted me a "discounted price of $19,000!" I paid a Mitsubishi-certified company $10,000 for the job. I asked that the estimate be itemized because I know the price for the equipment is $6,000 to $7,000. The estimator, Darnell Scott, told me it was illegal to itemize the bill under federal and state law. This was a lie! It is practiced by shady operations not to itemize bills, but it is not illegal. I hate liars and would never do business with this company.

Curtis arrived first thing this morning and quickly diagnosed the failed undersized breaker fuse. He had correct replacements on his truck and immediately returned the unit to service. Curtis then verified the other units were operating efficiently. Curtis is very knowledgeable and professional. He is an excellent communicator and relates very well to is customers.

Felix was professional, courteous and very friendly. He was here about 30-45 minutes maintaining both furnace and AV and installed a new filter. He explained everything he did plus took photos. Im very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend this business.

Quick, efficient and helpful

Felix was on time as usual. He diagnosed the issue with my whole house humidifier after doing a thorough check. He was very patient answering my questions and explaining my options and price for replacing my solenoid. Looking forward to his return when he fixes my humidifier.

Kevin D. and his apprentice August did an excellent job replacing our water heater. I was curious and watched the whole process and Kevin patiently and kindly answered all of my layman’s questions. Removing the old water heater was difficult due to the location, but Kevin and August did a great job of “McGuyvering” the situation. They were done much faster than I (and they) expected - 90 minutes. They cleaned up thoroughly and made sure I understood how the new heater operated. Would highly recommend.

I called Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing and electrical to get an estimate to install EV charger and trouble shoot a socket and dishwasher outlet. A person by the name of Brian Gehle came to my house and gave me estimate for both EV installation and trouble shooting, we agreed on the price for both EV charger installation and trouble shooting. Two weeks after when they came and install EV charger, and fix the socket and dishwasher GFI outlet, they charge me $265 for GFI. I called Brian to explain it to me, he said $265 is for GFI and trouble shooting, I said I already paid for trouble shooting, he did not want to accept it. Today I called their office to have someone to explain it to me, unfortunately all are the same. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they are unprofessional, dishonest, rude, and unreasonable.

We have used IAQ Medics since their beginning, following Dario from his previous position. The company is top notch, they installed an entire dual zone HVAC system in 2012 and have maintained it ever since. The service people are always prompt, reliable and professional.
