The cleaning itself was very good quality. My house was tidy and clean and it did not take very long. They had a team of multiple cleaners and they did a great job. My only complaint was the timeliness. They were 2 hours late on the original cleaning date so I had to reschedule. The next day, when I rescheduled, they were 45 min late. I found this very frustrating.
