I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nick is very knowledgeable in Real Estate, he is incredibly patient and he actually enjoys what he does, that speaks volume! He isn't just your realtor, he makes a personal connection as well and for us that was important. He worked quickly but efficiently. We sold our home rather quickly and the process was very smooth. With the purchase of our new home, he never steered us in the wrong direction and he was able to answer all of our questions with ease. He also stood up for us when it was necessary during the purchasing process. He has an army of wonderful referrals as well, as far as electricians, a/c repair man, pest control company, etc., The only thing I would have done differently was I would have gone with his referrals, the first time around!
