They took my deposit but cancelled the appointment Well they offered me an appointment then held $105 on my credit card but called right after to cancel the appointment. But the $105 is still being held!!!

Technician was very good. He was able to determine problem without any diagnostics. He was so good he charged forty to fifty per cent more for the same repair than any other company. I would use him again if I need another repair and feel the need to be taken advantage of. This company obviously doesn't research people they recommend and unfortunately you have no choice who they sell your name to.

Posting for my Father-In-Law, "Our refrigerator stopped working and we called a bunch of places and nobody could come out for 6 days and all were charging a fee just to show up. We called USA Appliance Repair and Tony was willing to come out the next day, but before we hung up, he gave me suggestions on what I could do to fix the problem myself, it worked! Tony is a good person for doing what he did, he didn't know me, but I will be a loyal customer from now on, keep up that kind of customer service Tony! You have no idea that was appreciated."
