Very good work. We had previously had restoration work done in the crawl space of our house, which included cleanup from a leaking drain line as well as removal of mold. We wanted to have the air ducts cleaned and sanitized prior to starting our air conditioning after the restoration work was complete. They used a pet safe sanitizer in, however, we have a parrot, which can be very sensitive to any chemical. The supervisor was aware that birds have a small rapid respiratory system and recommended taking him out of the house until the work was complete. It was reassuring that he had this type of knowledge. Overall, great work they were very responsive to the situation we had at the time.

After postponing twice they never showed up to clean gutters but keep billing me for the service. Very frustrating. I have called, texted and emailed with no response.

I was hoping I could write a review after HSR came back to repair the poor work done on my roof and gutters. But it's been several months now and - even though their own inspector came out and confirmed the serious problem created by one of their gutter crews - NO ONE has actually called or stopped to by to discuss repairs. When I try to talk to anyone associated with the people who did the work locally, all I get is a distant, apparently corporate-level operator who PROMISES she'll pass along the information. But she doesn't. Or they ignore her. Summary: I paid $10,000 last June for gutters and roof work. I'm handicapped, so my inspection of the final work was done from a distance. Six months later, my gardener discovered a large, broken corner roof tile hidden behind a tree and he points to a completely open roof area where rain water can AND DOES get in. I call HSR. Eventually, an inspector arrives and he agrees that the HSR crew was careless and that a repair is the company's responsibility. Silence. Silence. SILENCE. Not a call. Not a visit. My gardener went up on a ladder and attached some plastic sheeting over the hole in the roof as a makeshift, stopgap during the recent atmospheric rivers. This is pretty pathetic business practice. If they ever fix it, I'll amend the review. Otherwise: buyer beware!!
