The dreaded message on the stopped dryer: "vent blocked." My HVAC company said the best thing to do was call a Diamond Certified vent-cleaning service. HSR was exactly that. Even though the HSR tech who was scheduled to do my service called in sick, the HSR owner was able to make other arrangements to get the work done the same day it was scheduled. I really appreciated that. Our tech was quick, efficient, thorough. There might have been 20 years or more of lint and dust between the dryer and the roof--all gone now, thanks to HSR. They EARNED 5-stars.

We recently moved into a house built in the 1950's, and unfortunately found that the ducts below our house had multiple leaks and rodent droppings. I obtained bids from several contractors, and ended up working with HSR. All of the team members (office staff, Sam (the guy who came to our house to give the estimate), Rafi (he was the phone contact who was very good with following through with setting up appts and the actual project), and installers (Fernando and others)) were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and timely. I was also impressed with their reasonable pricing with the extensive project. i also had them clean our two furnaces. The installers were excellent and friendly and managed to complete the replacement of 13 registers and ducts in less than two days as well as cleaning the furnaces. I also give a lot of credit to Fernando and the installers who had to work in a small crawl space beneath our house. I highly recommend their duct work services and I appreciate all their efforts.

Very good work. We had previously had restoration work done in the crawl space of our house, which included cleanup from a leaking drain line as well as removal of mold. We wanted to have the air ducts cleaned and sanitized prior to starting our air conditioning after the restoration work was complete. They used a pet safe sanitizer in, however, we have a parrot, which can be very sensitive to any chemical. The supervisor was aware that birds have a small rapid respiratory system and recommended taking him out of the house until the work was complete. It was reassuring that he had this type of knowledge. Overall, great work they were very responsive to the situation we had at the time.
