Dangerous battery …causing child injuries and fire risk …Hoverboard have failed to resolve Bought the product from grandchild : whist using the bard would just come to a complete halt throwing the child of…in addition it would not hold charge…both presented considerable safety risks….depite numerous contact Hoverboard simply fail to take responsibility and action to resolve. It raises the question ..”IS HOVERBOARD SAFE !!!!”

Avoid this company! This company lie.. ignored you and don’t send the product! They also know a lot about how long it will take the bank to start getting your money back! They don’t answer the phone it goes to giff gaff mobile. The person I spoke to was rude blunt and ignored fb messages his didn’t like. He had assured me that it would be delivered next working day. Claimed it’d been collected by DPD - DPD knew nothing about it. No invoice sent, no tracking, and the website just says order complete. When i escalated a problem with PayPal he got snotty on fb message and said he would speak to me through that… then ignored me again. I asked for proof that this had been sent nothing. Then the tip of the iceberg is the delivery address is completely different to what i put in

Great Service I ordered a hoverboard and cart combination fo a Birthday gift for one of the Grandchildren. It was ordered on the 13th and delivered the very next day less than 24 hours from the initial order. I was kept informed both by the seller and the carrier of the delivery date and time and kept updated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - this isn’t even worth 1 star but it won’t let me publish without ticking one of the stars!!! My 7 year old saved up his bday money to order a go kart for his hoverboard, ordered last Wed on next day delivery, we are now a week later and not received anything, no answer on their phone line which goes through to a mobile phone gif gaff answer machine! I have messaged on Facebook many times, last Friday I was told they are looking into it, yesterday I was told they are looking into, today I was told it was out for delivery today and being shipped by DPD, I’ve had no confirmation from DPD and so I asked for the tracking number which was for a different address and said it was delivered on 9th January!!!!!! It’s 31st May today!!!! Do not waste your money they are a fraudulent business. I have reported them to Klarna and will be going higher! I now have a very upset 7 year old who has wasted his birthday money and received nothing!!!!! I hope you are happy with yourselves conning a child out of their birthday money, shameful!!!!!

Bought the Kugoo G2 pro. What should have been a minor issue turns out to write the scooter off. These guys just ignored me. The wheel is hardwired through the whole scooter meaning you have to dismantle the whole thing when you inevitably get a puncture. However the deck is glued shut with the rubber cover. Professionals won't even touch it.
