False promises. Said one hour for fixing a screen, but haven't done anything after several days.

Great work and swift response

I went to this place because of the reviews, and I was disappointed. Something felt off, this place had suspiciously high ratings. Turns out it’s because you have to write a review to receive the 10% student discount (and btw if he makes you pay a deposit, the discount only applies to the deposit and not the time you pay the remaining amount). My laptop had liquid damage so I brought it here to fix it after reading all the great reviews. They cleaned the corrosion on the motherboard and replaced my keyboard. The keyboard connection was not done properly (the connector area was not clean) and I had to come back again because the keyboard wasn’t functioning properly. About a few weeks after it was done “properly”, it started not working properly again. I don’t live in malmo and was going back to my hometown and reached out to him about the problem again. He mentioned that the date I could come and drop off the laptop was only after the date I’d be leaving (I reached out to him a week before I was leaving). So I left the country without getting it checked. About a month after I returned to my hometown, my laptop shut down while in use. I went to get it checked at another place and they mentioned the previous cleaning of the mother board was not done properly and the mother board shorted. The keyboard cable was also damaged and they mentioned it’s a faulty keyboard and that it needs to be replaced again. After spending around 3300 SEK I did not expect to spend more money on fixing my laptop. Now I have to spend money to get the same things fixed again. I am very upset at the work not being done properly, especially since it was so expensive.

The first store I went to when my laptop suddenly broke down was this one. I was extra cautious because it was my first time fixing a computer, so I looked for a store with lots of reviews. The receptionist and the repair technician were very nice and helped me think of the most cost-effective way to fix it. They even lent me a computer to write a paper on while the computer was being repaired, and gave me a student discount on the price. In the end, the computer was repaired on schedule and cleaned up!

They have repaired my macbook pro with uttermost care and at a resonable price. People are kind here. They know their job well and I must say they are having very good expertise in repainting macbooks.
