Avoid this business
Please avoid this business. I'd purchased from them for a short while and long story short, they did not send me the product or a refund on my last order. After many attempts at communication (phoning, emails etc) and empty promises on their end, they just kept my money and never sent my items. So much wasted time trying to deal with them. They don't deserve anyone's business.
I only received part of my order, still waiting on 1 more item. This is an update, it's been over a year now and I never received my remaining item nor a refund. No one responded to the many texts and emails after the first one when they requested proof of the missing item which I did send to them. I'm really surprised because I have been a loyal customer in the store for years before they closed then online after that.
Please don't buy from this business. I patronised them once and I'm totally disappointed. I order a particular product and they deliver something different. I ordered 43.8 USD worth of Healing Moisture Lotion - Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair. But what was delivered to me more than 2 weeks after ordering is a product totally different from what I requested. I have called the customer care to try to get this rectified but no one answered, left a voicemail and sent an email, no one responded. Please take your money to a reputable business, house of beauty is not one.

House of Beauty is a haven of all things beauty and wellbeing in Barnsley. I had my nails done by the apprentice Ameleigha and the results are amazing. I have psoriasis which affects my nails, so I am self conscious about them. But the results are fantastic and I am going to get booked in for my next treatment very soon. I highly recommend going there. The staff are wonderful.
Thanks for the hair!! I am from the UK and the reviews for this place were scaring me. I ordered on the 20th December and received it on the 8th December. The customer service needs to be worked on, I couldn't contact anyone for a while.
I ordered and paid for 4 items, received 3, contacted customer service and they asked for the invoice they did not send. I informed them I never received an invoice with the order and they stopped all communication. I will never do business with them again.

SCAM!!! I ordered a wig. Received a very poor quality wig, dry fibers, unprofessional cut. Tried to call them… Recorded messages only. Stay away!!! Stick with reputable sites!
Scam. Evil. Glad website is closed to save others. Made a large order of $796.91 on 01/08/2022 to New Zealand as this is the only website available that sold hair products at a decent (but expensive) price to this side of the world. I received nothing. No valid tracking number. I sent several emails and only had a response that they will investigate and then no response. They never forgot to update the website special sales though for Black Friday, Mother’s Day etc.

Previously had a good experience once and was looking to do the whole sale programme which they responded to my email enquiry about. Mhmmm.

Such a shame. Taking advantage of people’s hard earned money. Disgusting! Sad to know they will get away with this and reap the benefits now that they website has shut down. Karma is a real thing.

Thank the Lord for the hard lesson to be careful and not only check reviews initially and but continue to check on several review platforms every few months as businesses can deteriorate.
Absolute disgraces. I ordered products in August 2022, and since then NOTHING. I can’t even retrieve any emails from them. I guess there wasn’t any. There went my $140. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, ITS A SCSM!!!!

Glad they’re closed. Terrible service. I placed an order with them several months back and only received half my order because they were out of stock. Why not tell your customers this before shipping out only half the order. Would have just requested a full refund. Oh also, you can’t even call the store to talk to someone in customer service. It just hangs up on you. Smh.
HA! I have tried to contact them various times! I am still, after 6 more months, waiting on the rest of the haircolor to come! Great prices, but the shipping and communication were not good. I had to contact them when my order had not gotten to me for 10 days...then only 1/2 the order showed up. Took at least 2 more weeks for the rest of it to come. Still don't have the whole order. Still missing 4 3A Wella colorcharm liquid permanent color as of 03/11/2023!!
