I placed an order online for our small hotel as the selection seemed good , the only confirmation I received from there side is an email from world pay when I made the order nothing else . No more information provided . Then I called to find out and was told it will be latest Tuesday via DPD and it’s Tuesday today and I called back as still haven’t received the products but lovely Ashley lied straight away and put the blame on DPD and said that the parcel is rerouted and they have nothing to do with it ,wasn’t even ready to take the feedback all this while DPD haven’t even received it on there end. I tried to contact again then they wouldn’t pick up the phone . So be careful while placing your orders via this company . I am stuck with these people who lacks professionalism and customer service and choose to lie rather than accepting mistakes.
