Alloys were poorly refurbed first time round so much so the paint was peeling after such a short time. Then when this was raised and supposed to be rectified upon them being refurbed for a second time, the outcome was a section of the wheel that wasn’t even redone.. totally missed. To add to this centre caps were also damaged.
If it’s alloy refurbs you are after I would look elsewhere

Hello Adam,
As you are aware these alloys were refurbished through a third party and not directly with us with that said your alloys were refurbished in September 2023, when we were informed that there was a problem with the wheels they were booked in through the third party to get sorted as all our work has a warranty and we don't claim to be perfect (well 99% perfect) and sometimes things can happen out of our control as wheels do have a hard life with stone chips and our UK roads hence why we put a warranty on everything we do.
I can see in one of your pictures there seems to be a problem/blemish with one of the wheels but I’m not sure why or what that mark is but a phone call to us would have sorted all of your concerns very quickly.
Third point is the centre caps which we couldn't have damaged each centre cap is popped out of every wheel we work on and placed into the passenger side footwell so can’t see how we could have damaged/scratched these and no other customer has ever brought this to our attention.

Upon arrival I was swiftly met by a member of the team. He was friendly and helpful, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, bless him. He was lovely, he explained during the course of my fitting, they would be happy for me to seated in the waiting area. He also mentioned some nearby food places, in case I wanted a walk over, which I thought was lovely. (Also, I arrived a little early and the team were happy to fit me in.) 10 Stars and more for sure.
Jay was my technician. I found Jay to be such a polite, pleasant and helpful technician. He helped me feel at ease, explaining the process, especially around the actual fitting of my Alloygators and reassuring me of his knowledge, which he did with the utmost care and precision.
I felt I walked away leaving my car in great care and returned to my car with a huge grin. Initially, I felt a little anxious about handing over the keys to my car and was worried about how well it would be cared for, what if my alloys get damaged or if my car is not taken care of and damaged elsewhere.
Honestly, Jay helped me realize I had nowt to worry about. I am really pleased Jay was my technician. I would recommend anyone purchasing Alloygators, if your pocket allows for fitting, to take the option and book in with Hot Wheelz. Brilliant service, 100% peace of mind and my wheels look on point.
I am really pleased with the service, fitting and aftercare. I really can’t recommend Hot Wheelz enough. The peace of mind Jay offered would definitely be the reason I would be a returning customer, if needed.
Jay even went through the guidance and any maintenance needed, answering all my questions, around preventing damage upon tyre change/durability etc.Very pleased 10***

Had a driver side door and front wing replaced after a collision. Thoroughly impressed with the work and also service during each interaction.
