Had an issue which i wasn't quite concentrating. Car got damaged but was fortunate enough to get support from hot wheelz until a courtesy car was available.
A couple of days later , after acceptable quote was given, car went for repairs.
Very pleased with service and end result.

Had the misfortune of curbing a wheel ( yet again) but this wouldn't be a problem as I had work done with Hot Wheelz previously. From the asking for a quote to putting the card in the machine it was a pleasant experience. The work was 1st class as usual and all the staff I spoke to where very pleasant and efficient. A big thank you as more than likely I will see you all again.

After contacting 25+ alloy repair companies, I found Hot Wheelz, when every other company said my alloy was too complex to work on and to not trust anyone who said they could, I took a leap of faith with this company, and thank god I did! Richard was reassuring, working around me being abroad, taking the job on being extremely accommodating, the results are outstanding, with the alloy repaired back to factory quality! I have used this company several times and have never been disappointed. Richard has worked really hard to build up this business and that work has really paid dividends. Richard and his staff are all highly skilled and the work they produce is second to none and at a reasonable
cost . I have a gun metal Honda Civic Type R and I would not trust any other company to touch it. This time, I had some scuffs on the body and had damage to the front splitter. Also all 4 wheels needed attention. This work was completed to an exceptional standard, so much so that the car looks like new. The wheels were of concern because they have a red inlay on the rim but it was perfectly replaced. I also have to make a special mention about the receptionist, Jo. What a lovely lady she is. She made me feel as if I was the only customer and she is really getting to grips with the admin. There is also disabled access and toilets. Oh, and a lovely dog to complete the team. This business deserves every success and I have no hesitation in recommending them 100%.
First off like to say a big thank you to the team at hot wheels,receptionist was brilliant very welcoming which is a good start and rich and his team are some of the best in the west midz,very happy with results…and no I don’t work for them lol👍🏾👌🏾👊🏾
